We really appreciate Uptime Robot non-profit sponsorship. I'm writing in behalf a Guatemalan Government Agency named SAT. They have been using this software since 2024. This platform has been very useful to them. They use Uptime Robot to monitor their locations in real time to provide a better service to the guatemalan citizens. They are willing to stay longer.

False alerts happening constantly, support going in circles, instead of fixing bad network infrastructure they ask us to upgrade to a higher tier package to avoid their false alerts.

Wondering if it's a business decision to send 100+ false alerts per week just to drain credits.

UptimeRobot has been an incredibly helpful tool for managing our website uptime. As someone working in a nonprofit environment, I simply don’t have the time to constantly monitor whether our website is down or experiencing issues. Before using UptimeRobot, we often wouldn’t discover problems until much later — sometimes when someone in the community told us the site wasn’t working.

By placing all of your sites that site on a server on UR, it also helps you determine if you have a server issue or a site issue. I highly recommend UptimeRobot.

This is a great service that allows you to monitor not only the uptime on your site but a number of different things live expiring SSL certs. We also use this as way to gather uptime stats for stakeholders.

I finally found one of the best tracking apps for monitoring the online status of my VPS. I highly recommend it. The basic features are free, which is currently enough for me. As soon as I need the premium features, I will definitely stay with UptimeRobot.
