ho ricevuto ieri il pacco......anche se mi sono arrabbiato molto per il ritardo ingiustificato del mio ordine ....devo riconoscere che
Imogen Anniss se, non è il titolare ma è un dipendente, ha gestito molto bene questo disservizio perciò a lui voto 10
per quanto riguarda la logistica e l'aggiornamento scorte sul sito VOTO 4
ho riscontrato che molti altri clienti /utenti hanno avuto lo stesso problema di ritardi sconsiderati ....
Attenzione perchè il cliente che acquista per la prima volta ha paura di perdere i soldi in queste situazioni ...la fiducia per essere recuperata
richiede costi e dispendio di energie .

Fantastic service and communication from Phil and his team, who arranged special next day delivery to the UK for me when a part was out of stock from all of my local suppliers. They took a phone call out-of-hours on Tuesday evening and had confirmed dispatch before 9am on Wednesday morning. Thank you.

Hi Peter - Thank you for your review. We source from multiple warehouses across Europe which enables us to offer a greater range of products. In this instance, one warehouse's stock info was inaccurate so we had to source from an alternative supplier, which led to the slight delay. I hope we will see you again soon at upffront.com

Online shops serious but shipping arrived after about two weeks from the order and insufficient communication.
I wrote several e-mails to ask for shipping times but I never got an answer
