Upcircle products are proving to be consistently the best I have ever purchased. The one issue I had was dealt with quickly and a free substitute was sent within a couple of days. Great company all round.

The samples were far too small to make a judgement on these products .
Shampoo was lovely but the conditioner 'locked' my hair up . Had to use my regular conditioner to be able to conb/brush my hair through .
Love the story and ethics behind the products though . But not for me

Far and away the best eye cream I have ever used. Also love the custard apple serum and new gel moisturiser.
All of this and it’s made from up-cycled ingredients, everything is biodegradable and all the packaging is recycleable .

I bought the peptide serum and a sample of the night cream. Both were so good that I then bought the night cream too! My skin looks hydrated and healthy. Friends have commented on how good it looks! Very happy with my purchases.

As always every single product that i have purchased have been absolutely fabulous. I tried the mystery box for the first time as it was discounted and every single product is divine. I have been a customer of Upcircle for a while now and keep coming back as I love the ethics and beautiful products that they have and still continue to create. I've only had two minor shipping issues since becoming a customer, both were dealt with super quickly and they went above and beyond to look after me. Really says a lot about their brand.

After a delivery issue (which was partly my fault and partly the courier), customer services were so helpful and friendly in sorting it out. My products arrived yesterday and I’m very happy with them. It’s also wonderful to find packaging that isn’t made of plastic - a rarity these days. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Lovely products. So far, I’ve tried the cleansing milk, shampoo and conditioner creams, and I’m really impressed. The shampoo and conditioner have left my hair feeling beautifully soft and nourished, which, in my experience, isn’t always the case with more natural products that avoid all the harsh chemicals. I’m really enjoying them and will definitely be trying more.

Fantastic service from upcircle and even better products. I love their products. I have eczema and very sensitive skin and these products suit my skin perfectly. They also contain very good natural ingredients as they say on their labels and are 3rd party tested and truthful. I will be buying more.

The products are good but customer service is terrible. I placed two orders by mistake, contacted them straightaway, they said they couldn't cancel the duplicate, I would have to return it paying return postage myself!
It's a pain, they haven't even given the order to Evri yet! Plus there is a huge price difference between 2 orders of the same cream!

I love these products; I’ve tried several now and they all have the same high quality and make my skin look and feel great. I’ve noticed a difference in my skin since I started using them. I’ve been searching for ages for a good, ethical, sustainable, non- toxic skincare range and this is the one!

I tried a samples first and then sent an email to their customer support about orderi g the correct produxts for my skin. They dxtremely helpful with their reply. I am very happy with their products so far and its great knowing they all have been upcycled ingredients. The products feel like Spa like quality so I am very pleased with them.

Poor service, dodgy subscription service, average products.

Be careful when purchasing from this company. Rather than relying on customers returning because they genuinely like and need more product they tie you into expensive subscriptions that are awkward to cancel and cause confusion.

Just be aware that after your first reasonably priced purchase you will have money taken from your account when you don’t expect it (more than you initially paid) and when you message them to cancel and tell them you didn’t want more yet you will be told to send back wait 10 days for a refund and pay return postage yourself….i wouldnt be surprised if the return got “lost in the post” and blamed on the customer.

Seriously, average products, quite nice but not worth the stress hassle and annoying sales techniques

Some great products for my eczema proneskin- especially the new ceramide moisturiser and the eye cream. Delivery is always prompt and the customer service team are helpful. I especially like the advice available for each product, as I have to be very careful not to provoke an eczema flare up. The little card that comes with every delivery is a godsend, it explains the order to use the products…serum before or after eye cream? Good company, seems ethical.

Feels lovely and very comfortable to use the serum and cream - re sensitive skin. The serum has a lovely fresh smell, not so keen on the smell of the cream.

Fantastic company and products. Great website clearly showing the great products that they use, easy to use ordering and fast delivery.
I am using the face wash, serum, face cream and face oil and I am really happy with them all, super rich so you only need a small amount meaning they last ages.
The shampoo creme is fantastic, my hair loves that. It is a very different way to shampoo your hair, you need to concentrate a bit to get it all lathering up but is is so worth it and again, lasts ages.
My latest purchase is the Santelle perfume, delicious smell. I had an issue with the first bottle, superfast replacement sent and great emails.
