Absolutely love this balm. The only thing I can use when my skin is flaring. It is easily absorbed, doesn’t sting and feels so calming. It has been my saviour through TSW and I couldn’t recommend enough. It’s also a lovely moisturising balm on calm skin too, I always feel it gives me a glowy complexion! Couldn’t rate highly enough! Thank you!

Where do I start I’ve been using NX1 project face and body balm for over a year now and wouldn’t use anything else, I’ve been using it for dry flaky skin in and around my ears caused by psoriasis and dry patches on my knees and other areas, and when not using it they’re unbearable to touch, the lavender scent is nice and soft no tallow smell and the golden orange is even nicer, I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking of trying it, Delivery and email notifications are A1 as well with no delays keep up producing great products team NX1

Just received my order. Delivery and packaging were fine. I guess the issues with online viral videos…you can see the full visual ‘sell’ but there’s no way to smell it too. My honest opinion: I know I should have joined the dots about the ‘tallow’ part…but I hoped the honey would’ve masked that smell. Really I feel like I’ve smeared my face and hands with melted suet. There is a distinct ‘fatty beef’ odour that I think will become more disagreeable and sickly the more I try it. I understand the idea, I thought it was worth a go..but for me it’s just not a nice smell, borderline stomach churning and feels really heavy/greasy. :(

Love this product, it made my skin feel so well hydrated and I love that it’s chemical free. Very friendly customer service too!

This balm is the best skincare I have found that works for me!

I have psoriasis, and many skin allergies so I was always looking for something natural that doesn’t flare me up more.

I have been using the balm for nearly a year and I absolutely love it! It also helped with the healing process when I unfortunately had shingles last year, when I used it to treat the scabs when they started healing. I use it on my face every day and my face has never looked or felt better!

I now have many friends and family members using the products also … all of whom are seeing great results!

Week 5 of using the face balm and I am noticing a huge difference in how my face feels. I can only describe it as soft and nourished and my dry flaky forehead has disappeared early days but excellent thus far.

UPDATE: I have found the e-mails in my Junk folder - which apparently isn’t searched when I select “all mailboxes”. I am happy to remove this. But also happy to leave it for accountability reasons. Sincere apologies.

I have never received any of these emails - and can evidence that. I also made five choices. So I don’t understand why only one was registered. To be honest I couldn’t believe the offer and was so sceptical. The face balm is excellent which is why I am keen to secure the offer. I have been open to this having been a glitch and have defended this “error” on facebook many times. The leap to false advertising was the lack of response to my many emails. I do not know how we resolve the issue if you are sending emails that are not reaching me. May I suggest in future - where this happens you let the recipient know of the issue and the reason why they don’t receive what they order instead of just defaulting to a full priced product.

They advertised a mixed bundle deal. I selected 5 options processed and paid the order but only received a single face balm. I have e-mailed and post on various platforms but they seem unwilling to honour the deal - if it was ever genuine. Was it a scam? I am allergic to everything so despite being interested in the body balm I cannot justify the original cost on something that might not work so this was ideal for me. Soured the experience which is a shame because the face balm is excellent.I lack the trust to make another purchase now!

I've been using this for 5 weeks now. I love that it's natural and Scottish. I ordered one of each kind and the mandarin is my favourite. It's a little bit beyond my budget and I bought them when discounted but they do last. I have used natural face products with oil in them before which blocked my pores, but I don't seem to have this problem with NX1. It makes my skin feel very smooth and i can use it all over my eye area without issue or irritation.

Got to say,I have had dry skin on my face for years and used various creams and balms to which made my face worse,took the plunge and bought 3 jars of different tallow and raw honey balms and what a massive difference is on my face..100% recommended..

I was introduced to Nx1 Projects Tallow and Raw Honey face balm by a friend who had used it for her skin, and had found it to be hugely beneficial. I have battled psoriasis for over 25 years and am usually very cautious as to what skin products i use and my skin can be very reactive to products - both clinically prescribed products and recommended over the counter products. Tried them all! I tried it with my usual caution, but my skin seemed to love it. I've been using it regularly now for a couple of weeks and I've had no reactions and my skin is absolutely loving it! I tried the Tallow and Raw Honey balm with lavender and it smells amazing. After cleansing my face, i apply it at night and can still feel the moisture in my face the following morning.
I've had some great communication with Jennifer at Nx1, who is friendly, informative and genuinely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the product.
I am really loving the product and my skin feels soft, nourished and not the tight itchy way that it usually feels. I'm already recommending to my fellow psoriatics and those with eczema that I know - including my kids. Many thanks, Nx1 Project, I think I've found my new favourite product! And thanks to Cheryl for introducing me to it.

I have suffered from severe cellulitus in my leg which was cleared by intravenous antibiotics over 8 weeks. This left the skin being thin, red and flaky with layers of skin peeling almost all the time despite regular applications of prescribed and other creams. I then tried this product and after 2 weeks it has eliminated the flaking skin, reduced the redness and made my skin feel a lot more sturdy. Highly recommended.

Read a lot about this product before I decided to buy. There are few companies that are offering tallow products, but i like the fact that this has raw honey and made in the UK.
Bought for my sons eczema. Although its not taken it away completely, it's made a huge difference to the swelling and irritation that my son struggles with. I have been using it twice a day aswell as a prescribed emollient and his skin is better than its ever been. Im fed up of being prescribed steroids for a 2yr old and the dermatologist is a 12 month waiting list. I would recommend this product as it has made a real difference to my sons comfort

This product is very good for my daughter and grandson who have had problems with eczema for years even after various creams from doctors this seemed to work better for them. Also since ordering I use it as moisturiser. The company are very quick in getting orders out to customers. Good customer service

started using this product around 4 months ago for my dry skin on hands . As a hairstylist my hands get very dry using water a lot.

The full family use it!! It works so well on hormonal spots for me, my girls eczema and dry patches and even my husband uses it after a shave and as a daily moisturiser - his skin has never looked better. So many uses from the one product! Would highly recommend! It’s really affordable too!!

After using the face balm the flaky skin on my forehead has gone and continues to improve. Smooth and shiny.
