I love up cycle products. I’ve been using them on and off for a couple of years and I’ve now gone back to them. The products are unique to my skin makes me feel so much more refreshed and moisturised. I look forward to my next purchase.

Excellent eye cream: easy to apply, non-greasy, feels great, and the price is great too.

Lovely products that made my skin/hair feel amazing! I bought the pamper kit, which had 10 samples. I bought a full size facial sunscreen, which doesn't make my eyes sting like regular sunscreen does. The hair products are great, and a little goes a very long way.

For me Upcircle are the real deal. Their products are wonderful and nothing is hidden. I love the shampoo, deodorant, body oil and lotion, eye cream and peptide serum. Their customer service is the best, they never fail to respond and resolve any issues very quickly. Their commitment to be ethical at every level is impressive and very rare, They deserve all the success in the world for that. Whilst I still have the means to shop with Upcircle, I will be doing so 💯

I was impressed when I had a query about my order as I had an immediate reply reassuring me.
I was also very impressed with the quality of the products and thought the idea of the sachets to sample different ones was a great idea. And I was kept up to date with delivery times.

Upcircle skin care products have restored my badly scarred skin and have left it blemish free. After a terrible time with ophthalmic shingles affecting the right side of my face, these fantastic products have totally healed my skin

Be very careful when subscribing. I really like their products but their business practices are those of a big business. I have many subscriptions and they all send me an email to let me know when the next order is being delivered - so I can make changes. Upcircle don't do this. They just send an email to say your next order is on the way. Not great when the order contains sunscreen and it's now Autumn. When I went to cancel my subscription I had to go through about 10 different questions (are you sure you want to cancel etc) where the highlighted buttons would change from yes and no to cause confusion. There was even a video from the owner begging me to stay. Finally after canceling I contacted customer service and he apologized and told me I can return this order. I thought this would be at their cost, but no, I have to pay and they take off the original postage cost from the refund - and I have to fill in an A4 sheet of paper giving my reasons. I'm sure this is all to make me want to give up and keep the product. It's all exhausting and very underhanded.

Prompt delivery and good presentation however I do not particularly like the product Shampoo is good however the conditioner is not so good and the perfume of this product is unpleasant to me.

My package arrived so quickly and in lovely packaging. The body oil is absolutely gorgeous.

No issues with ordering and delivery everything really smooth… their follow up marketing is a bit persistent and they got my first name wrong at first but when I pointed that out it was changed… I have been using the serum and cream for a few weeks now… the serum is nice and sinks in well… the night cream takes ages to sink in and I have a white face for a good while and I have to rub it in a lot… yet saying that it makes my skin feel tighter and quite smooth… the day cream seems richer than the night cream and again a bit of an issue with rubbing it in but again a nice soft feel to my skin … I have very mature skin btw… both creams smell quite unusual a bit metallic which is strange… this is a completely honest review … I will be using the skin wash soon … there is no doubt that it is a quality product.. I will have to get past the unusual smell

All the products I’ve tried from this company have been fabulous!
I ordered a pamper pack that had sample sizes of various products and loved them all. My skin looks & feels better than it has, in years.

I’ve also just bought the shampoo & conditioner & a friend I met today, said my hair looked “gorgeous”!

Also, I discovered that our local wholefood shop not only sells many of the Upcircle products but also offers refills!!!

I love not only the products but the ethos of the company 💚

Excellent customer service regarding missing parcel which was the courier’s fault not upcircle!.swiftly sent a replacement order.it is the second order I have placed and the products are superb.my skin looks and feels amazing.definitely a returning customer

I have dry and very itchy scalp, and I was hoping that this product will help me. But unfortunately, it didn’t. I am a little sad because I was researching and really hoping I will have a shot with this product, but ….NO !!!

Such a clever way to try out the range of products - get samples! This is what I did and discovered the Cleansing Balm. A new product for me but I love it. Yes, it’s quite pricey, but you don’t need much and it’s now part of my nightly routine AND it smells lovely!

Love the products, love the company!! I am using a few products right now, from face oil and serum to night cream. My skin is 52 years old and has loved a lot of moisture for the past few years. I am totally satisfied with my current line of products. - And the upcycling concept works for me, too. I love the "even-better-factor" here.

My original package did not arrive but when I emailed reporting this they responded extremely quickly and a replacement was delivered 2 days later. They could have been more polite or helpful and that really means a lot to me. The eye cream feels fabulous to apply and I'm sure will make a real difference in due course. I'm very impressed.

Love, love these products. I use the peptide serum, eye cream, daily moisturiser, and night moisturiser and wouldn't be without them now.

Love the whole ethos and story behind this brand!

I feel good putting the skincare range on, like I’m not putting chemicals on my face. It’s even sorted out that crepe feeling skin on my neck.

Really pleased with my new skincare brand.

The facial moisturiser is lovely. It’s expensive but a little goes a long way. I find the Factor 25 a little bit greasy but they both smell lovely.

Whilst the products are good, customer service is sadly lacking. Beware of subscriptions being signed up without your knowledge or consent. I’ve been sent items that I haven’t even opened boxes of, to be told I had a subscription (I didn’t) that the order had been processed and they were unable to cancel it despite it not being dispatched until 5 days later. To cancel the subscription is long winded- video to watch to try to persuade me and multiple steps before I was actually able to cancel it. The items arrived today which remain unopened and I’m informed that I’m responsible for postage costs 😡😡😡😤
