I have a plan through my work and within a few days of claiming the money was right back into my account - Super easy and hassle free :)

Excellent communication and fast response times for claims made and questions asked.

Easy to use, a pleasant, simple & well presented user interface, swift claim resolution.

Have had 3 claims in the last 4 weeks, all paid within 3 days of submitting the claim. Can’t fault their excellent customer service 😊

A simple request for reimbursement within policy that I have made repeatedly has turned into over 4 weeks of confusion, multiple touchpoints and absolutely no co-ordination across your teams - you also clearly do not respond to any correspondence within the database. Utter confusion despite a complaint being raised I received 3 more emails within 24 hours all clearly not knowing I had spent ages on the phone to you yesterday morning which resulted in the complaint being raised.

I found the whole process easy to be very clear and easy to use, and payment was dealt with quickly.

Simple claims process, clear to understand and a quick decision and payment.

Tried to claim for various dental work.
Apparently, any work you've had done more than a year ago is non claimable, no matter how long you've had the policy for, (2 years for me).
So I've paid out for their top tier service and received nothing back.
Will never use again. AVOID

Easy to make a claim with fast reimbursement. I also spoke to an advisor who demonstrated fabulous customer service.

I pay £15 a month , have never claimed in 1.5 years. Claim for the first time of a total of £60 and they only payout £30. Not worth it, much better options.

If you need a real world example of corruption then Unum UK would be a poster boy.
I tried to claim income protection under my employers policy and returned he forms the same day I received them. 6 weeks later received a second set of forms asking the same questions in a slightly different format. Unum wont communicate with me as not the policy holder.
Three and a half months later they decline the claim stating no evidence of me being too ill to work even though I submitted evidence from medical specialist.
So nearly 5 months after I should of received payments they tell my employer that they're now looking to contact specialists which should of been approached st the beginning.
There is a special place in hell for this company.
