Brilliant service, Adam was very helpful and informative about everything to do with the car I was purchasing which made me less stressed especially since it was my first car, could have asked for a better dealership thankyou!!!

I recently purchased a car from United Traders, and I did not get on with the auto gearbox, nothing wrong with the gearbox itself, I struggled with the powershift with the particular model of car. I evoked my right for a full refund within 14 days. I was really anxious as 2nd hand car dealers can have a bad rap! but over joyed with the after sales received, no fuss or challenge and a full refund was made the same day the car and keys were handed back. Sadly they did not have another car suitable and I was car less so timebound and had to purchase elsewhere. However, will be back when my daughter needs a new car. Trust and faith in 2nd hand dealerships restored. Well done United Traders.

While purchasing a car from United Traders Adam was extremely helpful, he made sure that everything I was concerned about were looked. Any issues that came up he made sure they were fixed even getting me a garage closer to home as I didn’t live nearby. From start to now the experience has been 10/10.

Having worked in the auto trade for almost 30 years, my general expectations of buying a car from a used car trader weren't too high. United Traders completely blew this up.
We were looked after by Adam, one of the owners and he was terrific. The car we chose had a couple of faults and, without us asking, these were recorded on the purchase documents. An allowance was made for the tyre pressure monitors to be coded by a local tyre company, but it turned out that the total cost would be more than the allowance. A quick call to Adam and the additional money was paid into our account within hours.
The other fault proved a bit more difficult to remedy (even the local Ford dealer in Wales hadn't thought of the final remedy). We took the car back to Adam, it was fixed and brought back to us in Wales.
Honesty and integrity are not usually associated with used car traders, but I would use these words about United Traders. Our experience was that phone calls were returned, whatsapp messages received answers, we were looked after very well and treated completely fairly.
I would go back to Adam at United Traders for another used car, and would recommend others to go there too without any hesitation.

I bought a 2011 ford KA from adam and his team a few weeks ago, Really great guys with a nice dealership, Only problem I had is when the car was dropped at my house there was no Oil in the engine which could of caused signifcate damage if I hadnt checked it.

When adam called to check on me and the car I explained this to him and he was very quick to rectify this picking the car up early the next day giving it another full service and check over and putting a full tank of fuel in there for me!

They also took a dent out of the car door for much less than what it normaly costs to get this sort of work done which was nice of them.

Overall happy with the service bar the Oil problem but mistakes happen. Really trust worthy guys who know there stuff about cars thanks for such a easy process for buying my first car!
