From initial enquiry and quick response (Jane) the whole process of purchase (Exceed Skin Needling Device) and delivery was effortless. The customer service team were incredibly helpful too. Jane has kept in touch and I can agree with the world, the Exceed is an incredible device to use and look forwards to seeing the results.
The best skincare experience I've ever had!!
I have been visiting Unique Skin for the past couple of months for facials, and I can honestly say it has been an outstanding experience every single time. The treatments are not only relaxing but extremely effective - I have noticed a real difference in my skin since coming here. I have been suffering with acne for a while now until a couple of months ago where I began my treatment at Unique Skin where I have been receiving facials that target my skin type in order to clear my acne. Since having my treatments, my skin has never looked better and I feel so much more confident!
The staff members, especially Zoe, Asia and Mandeep to name a few are incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. They make you feel completely at ease and welcome at the company when I attended my first facial and ever since.
I also wanted to highlight the manager, Raj, who clearly runs Unique Skin with the highest standards of care and attention to detail. When I first approached her with my concerns about my skin, she was extremely informative and provided me with a detailed answer to what she recommends would be best with my skin. Since my first treatment I have trusted her to recommend the type of facial that I was going to receive and I have been impressed each time I have come away and also with the results days after.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Unique Skin to anyone looking for a top quality skincare treatments delivered by a wonderful team.

Horrendous Customer Service
I have been a member with Unique Skin for many years. I only make orders on occasion and order certain products, being a small, part time business. I have never had any concerns in the past and actually always praised their customer service. However I cannot express enough how shocked and disappointed I am from my most recent encounter with them. I was told that I cannot make any more orders and I had not purchased anything for over 6 months and if I would like to order anything else, I now have to pay £1000 to re-open my account. This is simply not an option for me. I explained my situation to them and they have basically ignored anything I have said. They could not look into my past orders as they have ‘changed the system’. I also informed them I was actually on Maternity Leave for the last 12 months, another reason I had not ordered and they again ignored me completely. I wrote an email of complaint 2 weeks ago and I am yet to have any reply to this. Seriously poor, poor customer service Unique Skin. Shame on you for how you treat your customers. I am unsure if changes have been made in staffing or management but this is now not a nice company to deal with. I rarely write public complaints but couldn’t not for this. Unique Skin, please atleast have the decency to respond to customer concerns and complaints.

Today, when I had experienced problems with my cryopen, she went above and beyond to assist me and saved the day during a busy clinic!

I would not recommend this company at all. The customer service team are horrendous, not helpful. With attitude. The so called ‘manager’ laughed down the phone when I asked to make a formal complaint to senior management or to speak to senior management and refused to give me an email address of somebody with a higher role. I have used this company previously and love the brands they work with however the customer service is what lets this company down I would not recommend this company for anyone wanting to work with them purely for the reasons of customer service.

Her knowledge in circadia is unbelievable she really gave me the confidence I needed to start my circadia journey.
Poor customer service
Be aware that the company does not operate in compliance with the UK law and is refusing a return/ refund of the goods despite a request to do so was made within the 14 days as is a norm for online purchase. This is for a device that has been turned on once. Sadly the smaller Celluma models DO NOT cover your entire face (perhaps if you have a small face they do) despite all their marketing material and videos showing it would cover it. They have a warning that they do not do refunds, which should have been a red flag as that's against UK law - i.e. to display such notices for online purchases, but sadly I fell for their advertising and ourchased anyway. If you can buy a red light device from someone who cares about the customer - most manufacturers offer 30 or even days of satisfaction guarantee for similar devices even when the device is skin-contact unlike the this one. CELLUMA throw around words like medical grade etc but for individual consumer there is no such exception, everyone is covered by the 14 days guarantee for online purchases. I have reported this practice to the ombudsman and my credit card company alike. I strongly recommend unless you have seen the device in real life and have been able to test it first, don't go ahead and purchase unless you want to go down the road of lengthy disputes or can afford to throw away over £1000. Buy on Current Body or similar retailers, who value their customers. I realize that some people may be happy about the purchase, I cannot speak about the quality of the device as I have not used it, but sadly I cannot dedicate 1h to one treatment as that's what I would have to do - 30 mins for top of the head and another 30 mins for the bottom. That's not what I was sold and not what I expected.
Warm, welcoming and a great teacher
Our training today with Leonie at Unique Skin was absolutely brilliant. Leonie was so warm and welcoming, a brilliant teacher and her knowledge was second to none. She really gave us the confidence to start our journey with circadia. All in all a lovely day.
