Initially I was impressed by unique skin, they seemed to be interested in my business and helping develop my staff with retail and increasing the range of treatments I could offer, however having now taken on and purchased the micro needling device and circadia the after sales care and accout management has been none existant, I can't get in touch with anyone for resupply, I've had issues with the micro needling device and no one at the company will return my calls. The training my staff recieved when I opened my account was scheduled to suit unique skin, not my business, which was annoying but I accommodated it, during the training the trainer redid the order I had already placed with the sales rep which seemed strange to me as some of the items she took off were needed as part of the complete treatment. I'm not sure if these people understand the customer supplier relationship or how to run a business, but customer focus and aftercare seem to be lacking.

I had the best day training at Unique Skin head office, learning new treatments and bringing a new brand Circadia into my business. Everyone was so friendly and the space was a great space to train in!
Martha was so friendly and enthusiastic and a fountain of knowledge, I felt in good hands for my training.

All the ladies at Unique Skin were so friendly, welcoming and helpful!

Recently signed up for circadia and during conversation realised they do cryopen (freezepen) too so signed up for that too. Sharnie has been amazing from the very start, we’ve had numerous conversations before signing up to make sure this was right for me. No pressure whatsoever. Did the freezepen training yesterday and Sharnie was great. Prior to the training communication was brilliant, Sharnie got back to me with any queries I had and has been so so helpful and supportive. I’ve already had so many bookings for removals and I know this is a great investment already. Raj at head office was brilliant too when signing up and you can tell the staff are passionate about the branding and products they sell and train. Looking forward to my circadia training with Martha and Sharnie and I know this will be a game changer for my business. As a medical professional, I wanted to use products and devices that are medical grade and medically approved and found Unique Skin to be the company to work with. I first met with Julian from Unique Skin in 2017 after a colleague recommended Dermacetic for peels and skin care.
I immediately loved the simplicity of the products along with the medical approach and mainly the amazing results.

I have also purchased various devices ---innopen and now upgraded to Exceed (incredible!!) and Freezpen the magical pen I can't now live without.

I cannot fault Julian and his amazing team (Jo, Raj & Sara) who go above and beyond in assisting me with any queries, advise, recommending treatments.
