Unique Luxury Design Ltd Anmeldelser

Excellent customer service and very competitive prices too. A very nice company to deal with - thank you.

We recently purchased the Unique Luxury Design bed “ Criss ring in Massello di Legno” and are very satisfied with the service provided, as well as with the product design and comfort. Mino was highly responsive, attentive and helpful, providing guidance on our selection of materials and colors from the broad range of options available. He also made sure to keep us informed on the stages of the delivery process and oversaw the installation of the bed in our home.
We are very grateful for the outstanding quality of the personalized service and product offered by this company and can only highly recommend it!

I recently ordered 3 Masiero Ceiling lights from Unique Luxury Design in November and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

The quality of the product is top-notch and the design is simply stunning.

The ordering process was seamless and the customer service was excellent.

The team at Unique Luxury Design was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality, and TOP customer service pre and post sale.

Great service and very happy with my order!:)

Great communication and implementation, the final product is just what we expected!

Ordered two beautiful bedside tables. Mino was incredibly helpful and kept me informed throughout the order process.

Great comms, Mino kept us well informed, good quality product. Can't fault.

I recently bought four kitchen bar stools from this company and am not disappointed at all. The colour is perfect and quality is excellent, I love them! Mino was very helpful in helping me choose the right design and colour and although they came from Italy, they didn't take long to arrive, very impressive. I would definitely buy from here again.

I have bought the Arflex leather sofa. It is excellent, just what I wanted. It is warm and cool in the same time. The cushions are nicely firm but have a soft touch to it. I think it is thanks to the goose feather mixture in it. Also the design team was really helpful when I was asking for more details about the product and delivery. I am looking forward to buy more products from them as I wish to redecorate my flat.

Unique Luxury Design helped find a few pieces of furniture, they supported me choosing the right items supplying and comparing all the relevant information.
The purchase and delivery was effortless, and I was kept inform throughout the process.
