When we first started with live-in care, it took us a little while to get used to having someone living in our home. However, we can honestly say the experience has been excellent, and we now really enjoy the companionship and support our carers provide.

Being able to build strong relationships with our caregivers has made such a difference. Happyness and Angela are absolutely fantastic, and we genuinely couldn't say a bad word about either of them. They are kind, caring, professional, and have become a very important part of our daily lives.

The support we have received from Sarah has been consistent, reassuring, and incredibly helpful throughout. We were especially grateful when our caregiver had a family emergency and Sarah stepped in herself to provide support. This meant we didn't have to worry about having a stranger come into our home at short notice, which gave us great comfort and peace of mind.

Having live-in care has enabled us to remain together in our own home, exactly where we want to be. It has also given our family the reassurance of knowing that we are safe, well-supported, and cared for at all times.

We would highly recommend live-in care to anyone considering it, and we are extremely thankful for the wonderful support we have received.

When it come to Care provision it’s about the ordinary things extraordinarily well. I’ve been a client of Unique for over 12 months now and I just wanted to explain what I consider to be an excellent service from Care provider Jasmeer not only manages the task which are allocated but also looks to review what else needs to be done to ensure the client is well supported in their day-to-day life. An example would be the provision of clothing requirements for the following day taking out and nearly put therefore selection by the client the following morning this makes a difference to their day-to-day day living experience and Jazz also looks to not only what is basically required but also we’re also needs to be done throughout the house taking a much broader view of the work task that I needed to provide the client with when I was supported Home environment.Jazz always goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need to go on with my day. unique go to significant length's to ensure that the carers they select a well matched against their clients. Overall, this is excellent service.

Unique have been caring for my Nan & Grandad for around 8 months now, both myself and my grandparents could not be happier! Nan & Grandad both have very complex and specific care needs, and Unique have slotted right in.

I am a very anxious person, and I love my grandparents with all my heart, so I wouldn't trust their care with just anyone given how precious they are to me. Unique helped put me at ease from the very first meeting, let alone the very first call.

I approached Unique Senior Care for end‑of‑life care for my father‑in‑law, as they came highly recommended. We weren’t entirely sure what we needed to put in place, but from the very first phone call, Unique were incredibly helpful and took the time to talk us through everything. Their guidance, professionalism and reassurance made a difficult situation feel far more manageable, and we felt confident that we were in safe hands from the outset.

Our experience with Unique Care has been excellent. For almost 18 months we’ve had two specific carers for Dad. Both have been very very good. Overall the Administration team have also been exceptional as we have adapted to Dad’s changing needs.
