After viewing a number of homes, my father felt the room offered at Cheriton was where he wanted to be. He was encouraged to make the room his own space with pictures, furniture etc. Any queries or concerns by the family are addressed promptly by very caring staff. Considering his age and preference, he stays in his room, and his meals are bought to him, and although he has been encouraged to join in with the activities, he chooses to sit quietly and watch game shows on the television. This choice he made brings him comfort, and the familiar routine provides a sense of stability in his life. The staff respects his wishes, understanding that everyone has their own way of coping with change.

Every review I've made about Cheriton Homecare has been removed using unsubstantiated accusations against me . They are not to be trusted.

Fast and efficient!

Great office team and brilliant carers.

Absolutely appalling. My mother was cared for by care worker registered with this agency and sadly sustained injuries and had to attend hospital. Safeguarding at East Sussex Council found that they had acted unprofessionally and were reported to the CQC. The carer in question was reported to the Disclosure and Barring service and thankfully will never be able to touch a vulnerable adult ever again. It’s been heartbreaking. Thankfully we have fabulous carers in place now, just wish I’d never approached this agency.

I have worked with Cheriton homecare for nearly a year as a live in carer, I can honestly say all admin staff have been brilliant especially Daisy who is always just a call away very helpful and supportive.
This is a company that really cares about the clients as well as the staff.
Great place to work

I would highly recommend Cheriton if you need home help. We swapped to them after having a terrible time with a previous company and just wished we had gone to them sooner. The office staff could not be more helpful and were always there if needed, nothing was too much trouble.
My mothers face would light up if Richard or Luke visited as they always made time to sit with her.
Our special thanks go to Nastasha and Gary who cared for her to the end and helped make her final days more comfortable.
