The website for this product is super customer friendly. Really easy to use and visually attractive. Good short videos about how to use the product too. Very stress free ordering process.

During the summer of 2024 I decided to purchase a Kanega watch from UnaliWear. I'm getting older, and I'm sure my kids worry about my living alone. I was impressed with UnaliWear's product: It was thoroughly tested, it didn't have to be removed for charging, and I could wear it in the shower. And the reviews were positive.
I began having an issue with the batteries around the middle of October. I was getting an alert to change batteries, even when mine were still about 50% charged. When I had trouble getting my normal time/date display, and the watch wouldn't give me any info at all on the current battery usage, I knew it was time to get in touch with UnaliWear.
After a couple of phone calls to the support team, they made a decision to replace my watch - at no charge to me - and even paid for the postage to return my original watch.
This type of customer service is what makes a company great. I felt secure wearing the watch, and now I feel more secure knowing that if problems arise, they will be addressed promptly and fairly.

The fix for the problem was not made in a timely manner. As a result, I lost over a week or so of use with the watch working properly.

My Dad loves his Konega watch and recently ordered a new set of batteries. He did not know that lithium-ion batteries are considered hazardous waste and cannot be tossed in the trash or regular recycling.
I would like to suggest that UnaliWear offer their customers the option to return the old watch batteries to UnaliWear (in the packaging their new batteries came in) so they can be properly recycled or disposed of. the batteries should come with proper warnings.
From the EPA website: Lithium-ion batteries and devices containing these batteries should NOT go in household garbage or recycling bins.
Lithium-ion batteries SHOULD be taken to separate recycling or household hazardous waste collection points.
To prevent fires, tape battery terminals and/or place lithium-ion batteries in separate plastic bags.

The employees are ALWAYS polite, proficient and prompt. In our world of call center-centered technology and business, what a refreshing touch of retro personal care. You have my appreciation and praise!

I love my Kanega watch . It's quick to detect a fall or any problematic situation. I do not have a problem pressing the button to let them know that I'm OK

A battery came apart in the watch & I couldn't remove it. I called & I was sent a video showing what to do. Then we discussed why the batteries were not lasting 24 hours . He asked me to take pictures of my phone & email them. With in an hour I had a return call telling me that they are sending a new phone & instructions for returning the old one.

I would feel lost if I didn't have my Kanega watch on my wrist. It gives me a sense of security .

All my questions were answered. My only complaint is that it was determined that one of my 4 batteries was not working. It will be replaced in a couple of days via fedx but I have to pay $12.50 shipping. This. for a new device only one month old, seems a bit unfair to me.

There is no doubt in my mind and I expressed it whenever I’m talking to anybody about the safety and the experience I’ve had with your Service and Watch. Your service is outstanding. Your staff is cooperative and knowledgeable and I’ve answered all my requests promptly and to my satisfaction, you are in fact what a company should be integrity efficiency thank you for being so honest

I love my Unaliwear watch! I have had 3 bracelets because they kept falling off. Costumer service went above & beyond to help me! I now have one that is great!! I would highly recommend this watch for anyone who lives alone & has a risk of falling! Great company to work with!

The agent that I spoke to about my issue was very friendly and answered my question quickly and completely.

The watch functions well, and the one time I've talked to Support the rep was friendly. The reason I have not given this watch a better rating is the batteries. One of the batteries I received would not take a full charge, and I found I had to change batteries nearly every 12 hours. At the time of my call I asked the rep for a replacement, but did not get it. Instead she asked for pics of the contacts, etc but saw nothing wrong. I have now ordered a new one, paying out of pocket.

Everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with at UnaliWear has been very patient and helpful! They resolved the problem quickly!

Got fast response to my voicemail & pleasant & courteous assistance from Jake. Battery will require replacing.Have always found the customer service staff to be helpful with good senses of humor. My major criticism is the cost of replacement batteries.
