I bought a Browning recon force edge 4K from UK Wildlife Cameras. The price was really good and I had no issue with the ordering process. The camera was dispatched promptly and although I was not able to track the package once it was on it’s way, it arrived in line with the quoted timeline. It was well packed and in perfect order. I would definitely recommend this company.

I just bought the Browning Recon force 22MP trail camera. Good price for this camera. Ordered Saturday, Arrived Wednesday. Not bad at all. Still to try it out properly.

Equipment works well and the service when I thought we had a problem(we didn’t the bird blocked the camera!) was fantastic.

UPDATE - I did receive a refund but only after I took action myself by making a credit card claim via my bank. This prompted the company to listen and refund. Nothing else worked. I would suggest if you are finding yourself in the same situation as me that you do this otherwise you could be waiting much longer for your money back.

I wish I had read the reviews here before handing over my money. I've called their number 5 times, emailed, contact form etc nothing resolved. Reception cannot give a refund or transfer you to someone who can. They respond with irrelevant emails confirming your order number! Extremely dissatisfied. Would NOT recommended this company and still trying daily for my £118 refund!

*UPDATE* Bought a camera/ birdbox deal. Slowish delivery, but not a huge deal and was expected. Instructions were a bit out of date and there was an issue with communication through their online form. I think these issues have now been dealt with.

The Birdbox is large enough to fit a camera in the roof and came pretreated in a colour that luckily matched my fence. I fitted a hole guard to the size fit for blue tits as these are what nest in our garden the most and it helps stop nasty squirrel invasion. The light holes on the side let natural light in, meaning you don't need to buy an LED daylight lamp. I just made sure the screws were tight enough so as not to be easily opened by preditors. I may even add some extra screw holes for next year. The hole at the back would be more useful on the side as it is flush with the back of the box. Luckily I have fixed it to a fence post with is narrower than the birdbox and so no squashed wires.

Sadly, the camera only worked up to a point. It was unable to live stream or load an SD card. Scouring the internet and using tech-minded folk to help diagnose the problem, it seemed that the camera itself was faulty or incompatible with all the programmes as settings advised. The website on the back of the camera doesn't exist and so I had no other option but to return the item (at my own cost?). Although UK Wildlife Cameras claim there is nothing wrong with the camera, a refund was issued the day after they received the returned item.

Aside from being unable to stream, the camera was easy enough to set up and the HD option looks very clear. Unless you are watching on TV, the HD can be turned off so you get a faster internet speed. The nightlight was good and I was able to see an insect moving about in the box at night and with light wood it showed up really well.

On the plus side, the nest box is in place and birds are showing an interest.

I ordered items from uk wildlife cameras and I dropped a clanger by ordering the wrong ones, my fault. I tried to change the order by email but again got it wrong, at some point I did get it right because Mark who runs this company went out of his way to phone me and sort out my problem very fast, not everyone would have done this they would have perhaps just ignored it, Mark didn't.
The point is that after reading all the negative remarks I find them hard to believe and unjustified as Mark spent his time and explained that he was in fact extremely busy and working as hard as he could to fulfill orders which his action was proof enough for me.
Give this company a chance and be patient with them as I understand they are a small company doing their best and who really do value their customers, I can't do more than recommend them and I will certainly be using them again as my experience was just perfect.

Had some issue but the technical help has been excellent and the picture quality is excellent.

I contacted UK Wildlife Cameras as I had a problem with my camera's power supply. My query was answered very quickly and advice given. I then ordered a new power supply via their website which was delivered promptly. Our camera system is now working perfectly. Thanks in particular to Anna and Mark for their help.

Original order was missing a couple of leads, but these were quickly replaced by Mark. Overall good service.

Ordered cameras on 23 February and despite shipment number and promised 3-5 day delivery, nothing for 4 weeks. Only contact was a 'receptionist' who knew nothing and would not give contact details for anyone else. After posting negative reviews we were eventually contacted by Mark who apologised profusely, explaining that the cameras we had ordered were out of stock and he would send alternatives which, although too large to fit inside our boxes, we have been able to use by cutting holes in the sides of 4 boxes. He also sent us an extra camera which we have donated to the bell-ringers who installed the swift boxes. The cameras supplied are also too brightly lit, so we have covered the LEDs with sticky labels which seems to work. I have increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars as a result finally getting some good customer service.

Great product, easy to set up and fantastic customer service.

The cedar nest box is well constructed, but it is quite large - there are smaller boxes available, but the size here is apparently defined by the space needed for the camera system. The camera is a bit fiddly to set up and connect to WiFi, but it didn't take too long. I had an issue with the extension power cable which didn't work, but UK Wildlife Cameras sent a replacement quickly and the system is now up and running. The app works well and the picture quality is very good, including the nocturnal infrared images. Looking forward to my first house guest.

Do not trust this company. Money taken, goods not received and impossible to get hold of.

I purchased a wireless camera kit from this company at the beginning of December with the promise of delivery within 7 days.

Lots of stress trying to contact them by phone and email. Product arrived December 23rd. Made a complaint and left a negative review on google for the shopping and customer service experience.

Shortcut to Monday of this week and the installation of the box now that we are in Spring. Nightmare. Wireless kit didn't come with the battery pack mentioned in the download instructions from their website.

So I attempted to contact the company. Message when I dialled to say "this company has decided not to accept calls from your number" call terminated.

So I emailed and emailed again - nothing.

I find out outrageous that after spending a significant amount on a pretty rubbish product, a genuine complaint, and the company blocks all contact with the customer. To me shows that they don't give a dam about their customers and shouldn't be in business if they cannot handle a complaint about the awful customer service experience.

My advice is to avoid at all costs and buy from another source.

Ordered my box now over a week ago and the 3-5 days delivery has long passed. After 2 emails and 3 phone calls noone gets back to you.

Amazingly reception take a message but can't transfer who don't have anybody else to speak to. Some of the worse customer service I've ever dealt with.

I'd avoid using this company.

Ok so just wanted to update from the above.... The day after posting this review I did finally get contact via email to my issue. Was the contact due to this poor review I am not sure but have to say it does feel coincidental to say the least.

Since that initial contact the service has been spot on and very quick replies to my emails. Even out of hours support.

Also to note they sent me out an alternative part to help with my issues also.

So in the end very happy with the service i got but have to say to start with it was terrible. And i am still nervous of using this company again.

The item itself is of very good quality although the camera isn't great in my opinion.

Similar experience to other dissatisfied 'customers'. Camera promised for 3 - 5 day delivery. Never arrived. Unable to contact / get reply from switchboard or email. Waste of time. I advise you to go elsewhere.

So can you explain why you said the order was dispatched yet I never received it?

I have no confidence in you fulfilling the order in a timely manner. Therefore please arrange for immediate full refund as promised in your Trustpilot reply.

Despite 3 emails and 4 telephone calls all I get is two minutes of robo-receptionist and then a dippy female asking if I want to leave a message.

Utter waste of time, completely useless.

Don’t bother wasting your life on these worthless turds.

Excellent product once again .Quality camera and fittings . Hours of pleasure for my husband as he now has a nest box and a bird feeder camera in our garden. Blue tits last year in the nest box and watched all the activity on the kitchen tv .
Had a problem with a delayed delivery which was dealt with by friendly and professional help from the team

This company is taking money for products they have not got in stock as far as I'm concerned.
They tell lies saying the parcel has been dispatched with tracking but conveniently don't give you a tracking number.
They do not answer any emails, if you're lucky and get through to the receptionist she has a book of excuses ready as to why she can't put you through to anyone.
My advice to anyone getting involved with this company is to use PAYPAL that way it's pretty straight forward to get a refund, as I'm about to do. Wish I could give them ZERO stars. I've now got to give my farther in-law a belated birthday present because of these clowns.
