When I raised this, the team responded quickly and were open to reviewing my concerns. Sam was especially helpful, taking the time to look into the situation and communicate clearly while working toward a fair resolution.

For anyone considering the service, it’s probably worth clarifying in writing exactly what type of funding search you want (for example grants only versus broader funding options) so expectations are fully aligned from the start.

I was pretty much forced into signing up with false promises that my business plan would be amended and updated as soon as I made the £269 sign up fee. Quickly to find out that another £100 is required for any “expert” help. The template they provide is shocking and very basic doesn’t cover any depth or essential information to help secure grants or loans. Very disappointed save your money, invest into proper support not this trash. Save your money and time!
