Staff were friendly but process could have been smoother
Staff were generally friendly and helpful. But the process was overly bureaucratic and admin heavy (especially with regards the guarantor paperwork) - the process wasn't fully explained in advance and on several occasions there was a delay without explanation - expectation management was pretty poor.
