It is all about teamwork, professionalism, friendly approach, patience and understanding. This small local firm were recommended to me and they were fantastic. I didn't feel like a number as you would with the big companies. Moving is extremely stressful especially when downsizing. They could not have been more helpful with support before the move, constant deliveries of boxes, bubble wrap and brown paper. During the move, they were so understanding and patient, I kept trying furniture in certain positions, then moving it and then back to where it was! The staff are great, taking things apart so the can be moved without damage to walls etc., and then putting them back together. I hope we can all support small local business who go the extra mile to give a professional, personal service. I would definitely recommend them to friends. Christine Harris

I moved homes and Josh and his team expertly moved all of my things from my old flat to my new place. The team were very friendly and efficient. Everything was packed expertly and my bed was even disassembled and reassembled in the new bedroom. 10/10 service.

The team at UK Rapid Removals helped me move some furniture from London to Brighton. It wasn’t a full house move but I know if I ever needed to move my house who I would go to. They were friendly, efficient and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased. They fulfilled all their promises and for a fantastic price.

UK Rapid Removals moved us from Essex to the Midlands. The team were absolutely fantastic. They were punctual, professional and got stuck in, nothing was to much for them. I recently used the team to move from London to Somerset. I had multiple quotes from other older/established suppliers but none came close to the service UK RR delivered from the initial email/phone call and in person consultation all the way to drop off at our new home.

Jodie and her team were expert packers and the lads were grafters when it came to loading and unloading. They didn't miss a beat. Great teamwork.

When someone says I'll get the team over do they actually mean they will get a team over or just three guys all working alone with no direction....in my previous experience of removals the latter has been the case

But no this time I got a team who arrived with clear directions and a team leader taking charge.

My removal was assessed prior to the move and I was given a clear guide as to what they would do which was basically everything
Within 40 minutess of phone call to Jodiee I sent photos and was given a very reasonable price much more affordable than I thought it might be.
I was given the name of the three guys attending.

I was asked where was the most convenient place to park unlike other trades people who park where is most convinient for them

I was asked if I needed furniture dismantled and reassembling at the other end. I never thought of that. I definitely needed it.

The team arrived in uniform. Looking so smart and professional you just knew from that instance this was going to be trouble free.

The organisation and distribution of jobs I must say was outstanding .

Turning up late or early is a big no no for me with tradesman as a business professional I have deadlines I also have to meet. Low and behold this team did not disappoint, they said 9am and they arrived dead on that time. I even got a text 15 minutes before hand to say no traffic hurdles had been experienced and therefore the agreed time will not be affected.

My items were packed and moved with care and consideration.

Nothing h broken and no scratches on my newly painted walls.

I am so impressed and would recommend time and time again.

This was my first time using a removals company. I was nervous about all the horrible things you read on review sites. I can say 100% that these guys are just the best. Jodie helped me every step of the way, giving a very real and personal experience.
Joshua and the boys were excellent loading the van, and they had extra things in hand to help just in case my packing was bad.
Everything was so perfect, and they were so wonderful to work with, just the nicest people.
I can't recommended them enough!

Stephen and the team were excellent, they arrived at the agreed time and just got on with the job at hand! We were moving from a london to the midlands and it wasn’t an easy move as we had a four bedroom house and we were taking everything to storage.
On the other side, the storage site didn’t have a working lift and they had to carry everything to the third floor, not something I would have attempted!
They didn’t complain and got on with the job at hand and completed the move for us with such ease and professionalism. They had started at 8am and didn’t finish until midnight, such was the commitment of the team and o would highly recommend them to everyone.
I would definitely use them again and they price was amazing compared to other removal companies that I had enquired with! As said above, it was a pleasure to have these guys help us move.

As we all know moving is very stressful, especially with a child and dog, but rapid removals did their upmost to make the experience easy and jovial. The team lead by Steve were alot of fun to work with and managed the move of our entire house 20 odd miles down the road within 7 hours. We had no major losses and the only damage that was caused was replaced within 72 hours. I would highly recommend them for any move big or small as they work tirelessly (the guys refused to take a break even when we insisted) and were always having a laugh whilst they worked.
