Absolutely fantastic! I dealt with both Tara and Sue and they handled my case quickly and efficiently. They made the whole process of obtaining probate really easy. From sending off the application to receiving the grant took two weeks. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend UK Probate.

I highly recommend UK Probate Limited, which deals exclusively with probate. When you have all the relevant information from the deceased’s estate, you simply fill in their very thorough form with the numbers and they take care of the rest. All for a fixed fee of £750. (Summer 2024)

Having been told by a different company it could take up to 6 months to be given a Grant of Probate after the request is made, UK Probate suggested up to 3-4 months and in fact delivered within 3 weeks. Their rival was charging 10 times more than UK Probate.

All gratitude to my contact, the wonderful Tara Baldwin for her efficiency and patience with me through the unfamiliar and stressful task of settling my late husband’s estate.

UK Probate helped us to secure Grant of Probate within 2 months of my Father's passing. I'm sure we could have managed the paperwork ourselves, but I've no doubt it would have taken a lot longer and would have been significantly more stressful. They were excellent value and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Excellent, professional probate service. Efficient, excellent communication throughout, gave peace of mind that everything was completed in order and legally.

I had a very complicated probate that took a few years to complete UK Probate were incredible to work with and very helpful along the way.

Great service.Fast and efficient staff. No hesitation in using this company again.

UK Probate provide a first rate service from start to finish. They handled all the complex tax consequences of Trust Wills, use of Deed of Variation and Transfer of Allowances with HMRC.

If you look at the HMRC web site it is rather difficuilt if you are not familiar with all the rules and allowances.

Thanks to Sue and her team getting Gant of Probate was made easy with considerable estate tax savings.

The service that I received from UK probate was absolutely first class. Tara Baldwin and Sue Alexander were both immensely helpful in guiding me through the process of applying for probate for the first time. I am very grateful to them both for answering all my questions so quickly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

Sue couldn’t have been more helpful. Whole process was so much easier than anticipated. Would give 6* if allowed. Was quoted over £2k more from other companies and wouldn’t have had a personal service. Thank you for helping us through a difficult time.

We were quoted between £10k to £14k by solicitors for my fathers estate, UK probate handled it for £3k plus Vat. Imogen and Tara were excellent in their service and communication. Highly recommend.

The company from the first contact were first class. Always answered the telephone promptly. Got back when I had any questions within hours. Made the whole process of obtaining probate seamless.

Very quick and responsive, still going through the probate and Sue has been excellent.

Cannot recommend them any high enough.

What a breath of fresh air!!!! UK Probate was less than five times the cost of the other quotes I received and it felt like I received five times the service that others promised to provide. There was no hard sell, it was made clear from the beginning what was included and what wasn’t. They did exactly what they said they would in a prompt and professional manner. I was kept informed throughout the process and felt reassured that things were progressing. UK Probate made such a difference by giving me one less thing to worry about. Finally I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Sue Alexander and Tara Baldwin who have seen me through this difficult process.

Probate UK handled our application promptly and efficiently. Don't be put off by their very reasonable fees. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
They took away the stress and worry at a time when we needed it least.

UK Probate provided a first class service in obtaining grant of probate for our mothers estate.

All of the staff were professional, approachable and easily contactable.

Thank you UK Probate

Very good service provided by Sue at UK Probate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use their services again.

I have used UK Probate twice, with excellent experiences on both occasions. The process was clear, straightforward and always well explained. I felt supported throughout, Tara was always available to help and responded quickly to queries. She was patient and understanding of delays on my part at times when I was finding dealing with two close bereavements close together overwhelming. Because of her efficiency probate was granted quickly in both instances.
Having heard what friends have paid for probate support, Probate UK also offers excellent value for money.
I would highly recommend them.

Very easy to deal with and straight forward paperwork to fill in. Also good continuing service after Probate was sucessfully obtained regarding inheritance Tax etc., Always had details available when any questions raised. Would thoroughly recommend.

In Early June My dad passed away with Liver failure abroad, I came across UK probate and received a call back From Tara who explained what she needed in terms of information and how much it would cost.
My dads case unfortunately wasn’t too straight forward as he exchanged on a property to sell a couple of weeks before passing away and then we was not able to complete for obvious reason.
With Potential fines looming Tara was able to speak to the people in charge of probate in the Uk and was able to get it expedited.
From start to finish we received full probate in around 5 weeks.
If there’s a company out there telling you that they can get you emergency probate.. they would be lying.

Tara done her very best and chased it every single day for me.
Answering all emails within 30 mins and explained the next step.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would at such a hard time

We completed on the house sale yesterday.

Thank you sometimes isn’t enough!
