Mark at Affinion was professional and timely in his actions. The whole process was seamless and there was regular communication and updates were given which minimised what was already a stressful situation. I fully recommend Affinion.

After loosing my mum and grandad 6 weeks apart from each other, I did not know what to do with all the stress of taking care of my grandads Will being his only executor.
I searched online for someone to help with Probate and to guide me in right direction, and found this company, and after speaking with such an amazing, helpful person 'Mark' I instantly felt the weight lift off my shoulders.
I cannot thank this man enough for all the help and support he have given, after reading online that the whole process from start to finish can take several months plus to finalise, I was absolutely shocked when I received an email 2 weeks later to say I have been granted the probate and the paperwork is ready and will be sent out the next day to my home address.
This experience that I was dreading was made so much easier with all their help.
I hugely recommend this company to anyone that sadly has to experience what I have.

This is the second time we have used Affinion to arrange probate. We had been so impressed with Mark Stephens and the legal team in arranging probate for my father-in-law that when my aunt died there was no thought of using any other company. They are very efficient, from the initial phone call, right through to obtaining the Grant certificates. My aunt’s estate was more complicated as Inheritance Tax was due, but once HMRC had agreed on the amount due (and taken it!), the Grant of Probate was obtained within 1 week! Affinion partner with Taylor Rose solicitors to handle the legal aspects and they are equally efficient and responsive. We dealt with Liz Middleton at Taylor Rose and she was excellent. We have advised other people who may need to obtain probate to contact Affinion as not only are they friendly, helpful and efficient but they are very cost-effective too.

Excellent service turned the probate around in approx 6 weeks. Always came back to my questions on email and made the whole process hassle free which is what I needed when trying to deal with everything else.

Within 24 hours, I had a telephone meeting with Mark in which he explained the next steps clearly. Within a week of that, all paperwork had been completed and was with the next solicitor for processing. All in all, communication was excellent at each stage and I felt well supported in my understanding of the bigger picture. Very happy with all concerned, effective straight forward just the right amount of information leaving hardly any questions needing to be asked. Just remember when you are having to do the waiting bits you are waiting for the government to do their bit so be patient and affinion will get it sorted as soon as possible for you.

Very grateful for the excellent way in which Mark, who was our initial point of contact, handled the estate of my mother, along with Robynne from start to finish. It was quite complicated as it involved trusts but they took care of the whole process. The probate was granted extremely quickly.
