Contacted mike davis my probate partner had a free telephone conversation with mike he said they could help with filling in confirmation forms in after they had been refused by Glasgow sheriff court twice was then contacted with office staff following day i took the express service which which is done 24 hours would highly recommended them to take out all the stress out at this difficult time They guarantee for it pass just have today 26/10/26 been contaced by Glasgow sherriff court that confirmation has been granted to mike and all his team thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had initially started the confirmation process with a lawyer but it was taking too long and I felt they were dragging there heels. I had already done all the ground work myself so I started to research probate partners which had great reviews and far less expensive, saved a fortune! I can confirm they provided a great service with guidance on how to proceed with confirmation.Highly recommend. The whole process took approximately 4 weeks.

It would have been nice to have a phone line but apart from that no complaints.

The chance of someone without relevant legal experience being able to successfully apply for Confirmation is virtually zero, the options are lawyers (expensive) or this company, who with minimal additional input quickly created a successful application at a fraction of the cost. Great service, prompt and thorough.

We had great difficulty getting any solicitor to take on our application for conformation of our mum's estate. Most of them did not respond or suggested we use someone else. Only one offered to do the work but wanted £2500 plus VAT plus fees plus 1% of the estate. Nope!

So on top of the stress and pain of losing our mother we had to figure out how to go through the antiquated, torturous Scottish legal system on our own.

We were aware of MPP but were skeptical but the 5 star reviews swung it for us. They gave us all the help and advice we needed to do all the paperwork ourselves. They were very responsive to question and always got back to us within 24 hours. Even on a Sunday.

Once we submitted the forms to MPP they took only 11 days to check everything and email us the corrected forms with a personalized letter for Livingston Sheriff Court together with detailed advice on how to present the application to the court. I live in the US so my sister handed them in to the clerk. They told her once the application was approved they would phone her to arrange payment of court fees. 24 hours later she got the call. Our application was approved in just 1 day.

We would never have gotten through all the ridiculous legal speak required if we didn't have the help of MPP and for a fraction of what a solicitor would have charged. Money well spent.

From start to finish, they made what could have been a complicated and stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. I was assigned an case manager who guided me through the whole process, helped me complete the necessary forms, and kept me right on what I needed to do at each stage.

Found MPP after having my C1 application rejected by the court. I chose the option of having them do the forms as I knew this was where I had gone wrong, their questionnaire was simple to understand and methodical in its approach and supplying the information and relevant documentation was so easy. It took 11 days to have the application ready for submission so I would recommend the Fast Track if you are in a rush. Application was submitted and has now been confirmed that Confirmation is granted. Sharon was excellent from start to finish and I can’t thank her enough. The legal jargon that the court expects on the forms are what makes MPP worth every penny
