Don’t even think about selling your van anywhere else. Easiest and most straight forward sale I’ve had. From my initial enquiry with Darren, right through the sales process handled by Louise, and subsequent collection by Steve, absolutely everything was seamless.
The van in question, a lease vehicle owned by a rather bureaucratic leasing company, needed to be sold to a registered company as part of the lease conditions. Therefore, I was totally at the mercy of such companies, many of which offered a very low price for purchasing my van. Having very much looked after the vehicle for the four years I had used it, I was reluctant to accept the first few 'take it or leave it' offers, and so widened my search for a buyer offering a fair price. It is at this stage that I had the fortune of speaking with Darren from UK Best Van Buyer, who, based on a transparent description of the van and supplied images, offered an excellent price to buy the vehicle.
I soon received a formal written offer of the price mentioned from Louise, who remained my contact at UK Best Van Buyer during the sale process. Whether communicating by telephone or email, Louise did so in a personable and friendly manner, whilst being extremely efficient and professional. She patiently answered all my questions in a thorough, timely way, and kept me updated at every stage. Within a few days, Steve collected the vehicle at the agreed time, and payment was made to the lease company before the van was driven away. The 'icing on the cake' was to be telephoned by Darren at this time to ensure I was totally happy with everything.
All the above is a true and honest account of my experience with UK Best Van Buyer. To anybody who wants to sell their van, I would sincerely say that this company should definitely be your first port-of-call. You will not be disappointed, neither in the fair price paid, nor the exceptional service by the team.

They were very straightforward and honest about the pricing, explaining how and why. And honored their word of no haggling. Driver who came to pick up the van was very nice too. It was all handled in a timely manner and without issue.

I do wish I got more for the vehicle, but they offered a similar price as other dealers, so unless you plan to sell privately, I do recommend them.

Sold my Transit Custom through UK Best Van Buyer and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish.

The transfer through ALD took much longer than expected, but that was completely outside of UK Best Van Buyer’s control. Both Darren and Louise were excellent throughout, keeping me updated, chasing ALD regularly and keeping the process moving whenever things seemed to stall.

Communication was great from start to finish and I always felt informed about what was happening. Once everything was finally approved, payment was made promptly and collection was arranged without any issues. The collection driver was professional and the handover went smoothly.
