Why mercofenfield is a good business

Here at Mercofenfield they have a great selection of cars with an amazing service. Ali and Mo were able to answer my questions without any problems and with ease. Definitely recommend!!

Be careful! It is Not Premium!

If one wants to buy “trouble free” and a proper used Mercedes Benz car:
- !Do not Buy from Merc of Enfield and their sales man Sarje!
- Sarje and the company Merc of Enfield are not on Mercedes Benz standard; all published awards and their customer service is as pathetic as you can imagine
- Merc of Enfield is a bunch of not trust worthy car amateurs, who pretend to do premium Used Car business.

Buy instead from Mercedes Benz directly, if you want to buy a Mercedes with two keys (not only one); …a car with the right numbers of owner 1 (not two owners!; …a properly serviced car from an authorised Mercedes Workshop (Mercedes Brent Park is not authorised by MB UK and your warranties and guarantees are not valid anymore!!!); …a car with proper tyres (I had to exchange all 4 tyres after a few weeks, because they were deemed not to be safe anymore); …a car which is finance free (on the day if Pick up Sarje had to contact Lombard to get the car finance free).
Due to all this hick ups and short falls, the pick up took almost unbelievable 6 hours.

The best dealership in north London…

The best dealership in north London with no doubt. Amazing people also their cars are always looking fresh. Big shout out to everyone there also hads what an amazing guy. Be to make sure to visit Merc of Enfield for your next car purchase or have your car looking brand new again!!!!!!

I had an excellent experience with…

I had an excellent experience with Mohamed and Ali at Merc of Enfield. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car to suit my needs. Everything about the service was top-notch honest, professional, and friendly throughout. The car itself was in perfect condition, with absolutely nothing wrong at all, exactly as described. It’s clear they take great pride in both their vehicles and customer service. I would highly recommend Mohamed and Ali to anyone looking for a reliable car and a trustworthy dealership. Truly a perfect experience!

Bunch of conmen very nice to your face…

Bunch of conmen very nice to your face buy a car from them with lots of faults take it back they said 360 pound for transfer fee back to them then when they pay they took 400 swindle every penny would never go back

We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment.

We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your purchase and return. When you collected the vehicle, it was supplied with no known issues and was performing exactly as expected. A few days later, you contacted us to explain that you were experiencing financial difficulties and wished to return the vehicle while still within your cooling off period. In the interest of goodwill, we agreed to accept the return.

When the vehicle was brought back, our technicians confirmed that exactly 982 miles had been added during your possession, all within the space of one week. The vehicle was also returned with no fuel (even though you collected it with a full tank) and with building equipment, hard hats, dirt, and dust in the boot, which meant it required additional cleaning, valeting, and inspection before it could be prepared again.

Despite your claims, no diagnostic report, inspection evidence, or proof of any faults was provided to us at any stage. Under The Motor Ombudsman guidance, businesses may apply fair deductions for mileage, use, and associated costs when a vehicle is returned. In your case, we only charged £399 to cover a small portion of the inconvenience, mileage, and handling involved, even though we were entitled to charge more. We personally covered the remaining shortfall ourselves to ensure you received the highest refund possible.

We processed your refund promptly once the vehicle had been inspected, 24 hours after you returned the vehicle to the forecourt, and we remain committed to providing honest, fair, and professional service to all our customers.
