I have ordered Matt & Nat products previously and love the quality and look of these items. Being vegan it us important to me to purchase from companies that are vegan and ethically minded.

Love the bag, just what I wanted. Simple but stylish. Made even better as I got it in the sale 😊 Delivery a bit pricey but probably a reflection of increased costs as much as anything. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on the other products once I see how the bad fairs with everyday use

Beautiful bag - vegan, cruelty-free and perfect design for a timeless accessory. But the shipping took me aback! It was about £5.50 for shipping alone, so I expected better than I received. The handbag wasn't protected with bubble wrap, tissue paper, dust cover, nothing - just thrown in a thin plastic sack (which cannot be recycled, so not consistent with their eco-friendly ethos) that was very easy to rip through. A dust cover is indeed provided with the bag, but it was inside the handbag, which is pretty nonsensical. My overall views of Matt & Nat are usually very positive, but this was disappointing.

I always like the quality of the vegan leather with Matt and Nat but their hardware isn’t great (zipper is already snagging) and the inside pocket has come loose after a week of use. Not terribly impressed for the price I paid.

Product itself is good, however, £8 for delivery which took 1 week to arrive. The product then arrived in clear plastic bag inside a grey plastic bag.There was no protection surrounding the item i had purchased as a gift - I expect better of the company. Appears sloppy, they have been my go to, think i will look around in future.

I fail to see how the £8 delivery fee is justifiable. There are no other options to choose from other than the standard delivery. For this price I expected the item to arrive quickly and well packaged, not in a plastic bag with a royal mail 2nd class sticker on it which costs £2.25.

Do not buy from this company. They don’t accept returns of sale items, and 5 working days after emailing them, we are yet to receive a response.

One item didn't arrive, been waiting four days with no response from customer service.

My experience with the company was excellent and they were very efficient. They kept me updated on my order and it arrived within the timeframe given at the time of the order being placed.

The purse wallets that I got with Matt and Nat UK recently, are absolutely amazing! I love them, as they are vegan friendly.

What was even more great was that, they were both in the sale and only cost me under £70 in total. Great saving, that was.

I’m truly love their incredible brand and what it represents. Their products are also made out of recyclable materials, which is great on the environment also.

I will forever be a massive fan of Matt and Nat UK.

Lovely products, well made, good choice on website and great sale prices - nothing to fault

I purchased a Matt and Nat back pack for my wife 6 years ago which has been used daily ever since. It sadly is looking a little tired so decided to purchase a replacement. The range I found is extensive, is of good quality, nicely priced, and we know that these environmentally friendly bags last! Selecting the new bag on the website was straightforward, and the bag arrived well packaged! I look forward to surprising my wife at Christmas! Thank-you Matt and Nat
