I purchased dresses from them and I returned couple of dresses. I tried to contact them so many times about refund the money. They are not responding at all. I will file a complaint through court. Never ever buy!!!

Having read so many negative reviews I was quite heistant to order from Ethnc Uk, but I am impressed! Order shipped next day and arrived 3 days after order. So I ordered again, and the same thing has happened. Clothes are lovely and I will definately be ordering again.

I spent over £100 pound on clothes for Ethnic and I never received them, when I tried to contact them via email I got no reply thankfully I paid by paypal so I opened a case but unfortunately I didn’t get full amount back I lost out on the delivery I paid

It's been over a month of returning some items and Ethnc have still not sent me a refund. I have tried calling their customer service number and it cuts off everytime.

I bought multiple items and returned some of items as clothes were of not good quality/ sizes were wrong. Now, it has been over 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from them regarding the refund. I have tried to call the helpline but no one answers.

I have the refund receipt from the post office. I am unsure as to what should be done to get the money refunded back.

Please note all clothes were in their original packaging and unworn.

The staff at ethnic in Stratford were amazing! Made the experience really enjoyable, helped us look for sizes or availability across their other branches as well in store. Helped us find the items we were looking for and also gave us alternatives for the ones that weren’t in stock. Really friendly staff. Super helpful and their customer service was great! Thank you Jessica, Aminah and Aishah, especially Jessica who helped us from the minute we walked in!

Absolutely cheated during the return process. I returned all the items as instructed, but my refund was never processed. They took the products back and kept my money.

Avoid this company at all costs. They claimed my package was lost and refused a refund, then suddenly “found” it only after I threatened legal action. The clothes themselves are see-through and poor quality, and the way they operate shows a complete lack of integrity and morals. Dishonest and disappointing from start to finish.

I had an outfit that was given to me by a friend, she got the wrong size and they refused to exchange it for the correct size. It was still in packaging and label was still on it. Asked them few times. And just ignored me.

I love this brand! The clothes are stylish, comfortable, and great quality. Everything fits perfectly and feels made to last. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

I placed an order from this store and the order came very promptly. The clothing was lovely but the sizes where not correct for me. I called customer service and dealt with brother Kashif with returning the goods. The service he gave to help me with the return was priceless. I would recommend the store and would order again. 100% cotton but its very thin it all see through i have ordered 4 dress from ethnic uk website.
The prints are good but very thin material how come a Muslim country sell these type of clothes which you can't wear in the public

I had a really difficult time trying to return a product due to my personal circumstances and limitations, but the team at ETHNC went above and beyond to help me. I don’t have a car and have a young baby at home, so getting to a parcel shop was extremely challenging. The staff were incredibly patient, understanding, and proactive in arranging solutions outside of their normal process to make things easier for me.

They listened to my concerns, communicated clearly, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. Thanks to their dedication, I was able to get my return sorted without further stress. I’m extremely grateful for their outstanding support and highly recommend their service.
