Worst customer service ever. So hard to exchange or return anything even in store!
I ordered clothes from Sapphire Online and one of the items arrived with a clear colour mismatch compared to what was shown on the website. When I contacted them, they refused to issue a refund and said they would only offer a voucher instead. That’s not acceptable.
What’s worse is that their website doesn’t clearly provide a proper refund process at all. You only find out after there’s a problem. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I won’t be ordering again.
Save yourself any hassle and DO NOT order from these guys at all. No where in their item page does it say sale items non refundable or exchangeable.
The quality is not good and just awful company. I’ll just keep shopping at Khaadi.
I placed two orders I was happy with one but decided to return the other. I returned my parcel & they received back in two days but didn’t have the audacity to let me know they had received my return back at their warehouse. Well over two weeks later I had to contact them as I still had no refund status or even an email to confirm they received it, I only found out they had received it back through my Royal Mail tracking. I then rang them on multiple occasions to which they told me I would receive my refund and told me it would reach my bank account on the on the 29th of April and I still didn’t receive my money back then they told me I would get it on the 30th. On the 29th they also sent me an email saying would need to wait for them to process the refund and wait 2-3 days for the refund. It is now the 3rd of May and I still haven’t received my refund. This company steal your money and tell you a pack of lies. I will now need to take further action to try and get this money back. Do not buy from this fraudulent company!!!!
