All very well packaged and delivered very quickly! Looks great as well, a bonus when i havent got dedicated space

On the whole the ordering process was good, but was let down by the delivery. The notification of the delivery date came on the morning of the delivery and I did not see it in time. The tracking then stated that the parcel was delivered and awaiting collection at the delivery point. Unfortunately, there was no indication of where the collection point was nor who the courier was. I could not find a contact telephone number for Elegoo so I submitted an enquiry form. This was acknowledged and a promise to investigate made but I have yet to receive any further information. In the meantime I went round all the possible collection points I knew and found the consignment at the local Post Office. Fortunately they let me collect it without any paperwork other then my ID.

Quick personal customer service. Real people reply and sort out any issues.
Really helpful solving issues with the delivery company Yodel who left my PLA outside at the wrong place and use chatbots and were no help.
Elegoo customer service is a good example of how to do it properly.

An excellent product for what I am doing

Bought a centauri carbon, some filaments over a couple of orders - everything arrived on time and working as expected

The product was well packed and distributed very quickly. Unfortunately, they use Yodel to deliver and that really ruined the experience. Yodel left the whole package (Centauri Carbon printer with Filament) on the street outside my property. However, Elegoo and the product are first class.

Decent delivery time and the filament is brilliant. Works perfectly with the default settings for the type on a cc1.

They are using the wrong postage service!
I'm absolutely disgusted. Hundreds of pounds of equipment were left at the bottom of my block. No one rang the bell or knocked on my door. My parcels were basically dumped in the most convenient place for the driver. Anyone could have taken them! They were not even left outside my door.

I’m really impressed with my Elegoo 3D printer. The print quality is excellent, especially for the price, and the setup was much easier than I expected. It’s been very reliable, and I love how consistent the results are. Whether for small detailed prints or larger projects, it handles everything really well. Definitely a great option for both beginners and more experienced users.

Great filament, just not happy with cardboard spools, 2 of my 5 came out of the box bent in places, my AMS doesn't like that, so had to respool them onto plastic.

After much research decided that the Elegoo "carbon" was suitable for me. Didn't require multi colour, just something capable, simple and to work out of the box. Straightforward ordering process, prompt delivery and it worked out the box!
