AVOID
AVOID! I purchased a bag on the 15/4/26 and received an email on the 20/4/26 saying my order had been cancelled and credit would take a few days to go through. I then purchased a second bag on the 20/4/26 after the cancellation as I was needing one for my girlfriends upcoming birthday. This bag was cancelled on the 23/4/26 and was told credit would take a few days to go through. I then had to buy a third bag but bought it from Next this time and they delivered it the next day with no hassle. I was out of pocket for three bags and as of writing this (7/5/26) I still haven’t received a refund for either bag. It’s a shambles of a company that don’t care about customer service.

Bags are beautiful and so well made.
Ordering online is very quick and easy and recently every time I’ve ordered a bag it has been sent out so well wrapped and delivered very quickly
I would highly recommend Coach for their gorgeous bags

Très déçue par mon expérience avec la marque Coach
On m’a offert un sac Tabby à 475€ qui, après seulement 6 mois d’utilisation occasionnelle et soigneuse, présente déjà une usure très importante au niveau des coins (cuir abîmé et décoloré). Malgré l’envoi de photos et de justificatifs, le service client refuse toute prise en charge en parlant “d’usure normale”.
Pour un produit à ce prix et une marque de ce positionnement, je trouve cela totalement inacceptable. La qualité n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous, et le service client ne fait aucun effort pour proposer une solution.
Je suis extrêmement déçue, je ne recommande pas du tout et je ne rachèterais jamais chez eux.
