Love my tabby bag
Love my tabby bag, the quality of unbelievable and plenty of room. Delivery is now with DHL so much faster got it in about two days after ordering. I highly recommend Coach UK.

The delivery wrapping was not as I expected
The delivery was not as I expected. The bag arrived inside a cardboard box wrapped by nothing but a Coach dust bag. I was expecting a more luxurious wrapping for the price I paid for the bag. It just felt like unwrapping a fake bag.

Mir wurde eine Tasche gesendet die einen anderen Farbton hat wie das dazugehörige Portemonnaie.
Sehr ärgerlich zumal auf der Webseite als die gleiche Farbe angepriesen wird.
Habe Angerufen und mein Feedback zur Abklärung hinterlassen, der MA am Tel. konnte sich das auch nicht erklären. Habe ihm Beweisfotos per e mail gesendet.
Nie wieder etwas gehört, kein Rückruf keine Antwort.
Also zurück gesendet und auf den Portokosten sitzen geblieben.
Auf mein erneute Reklamation wurden mir die Portokosten zurück erstattet

Premium brand, shocking Customer Service
Coach's website has allowed me to order the same bag via the Outlet store on three separate occasions, only to cancel the order days later stating a stock issue. I have asked for clarity on each occasion as to how this has happened only to receive a generic, soulless email in return blaming the website. This is really poor customer service from what is classed as a Premium brand ( the prices certainly reflect this), I would expect more for my money. If it was possible I wouldn't even give one star, such is the lack of care and attention for their customers' and their feelings. Coach, please have a look at your competition and see how they deal with and maintain their client base!

Disappointed. It was a lot smaller than anticipated and no Coach branding. I would / should have returned it as it’s not suitable for the wedding. More like an envelope than a clutch of purses.

Going to their shops in London is always a lovely experience. They have friendly staff who are not pushy or pressuring you into making a purchase. I’ve bought many items from them over the years, and you really can’t go wrong. The products are always of high quality. Ordering online is easy, and the products come in excellent condition.

Good size, would love a longer shoulder strap. Hold loads!
Had to chase delivery 3 times to be told it had been lost and had to wait for it to be re-ordered!
Email and WhatsApp communications were awful waited 24 hours for any communication.
Really disappointed would not expect this from such as large company however would still buy from Coach again.
