I am still without product after contacting and going through claims department and customer service has been kind but not useful or resourceful in resolving my claim after almost a month.

Très déçu par l’attitude de Coach face à un problème pourtant simple à gérer.
J’ai acheté un sac via Veepee il y a moins d’un an, et une fissure est déjà apparue alors que le sac a été utilisé normalement. Pour une marque positionnée comme premium, ce niveau de qualité est déjà difficile à accepter.
Le plus décevant reste surtout le service client : aucune vraie considération du problème, aucun geste commercial, aucune proposition de réparation, uniquement une réponse standard demandant un retour complet. Pourtant, j’avais clairement expliqué que j’aimais ce sac et que je cherchais simplement une solution professionnelle et respectueuse du client.
Je suis client fidèle de la marque et je possède déjà trois autres sacs Coach. Mais après cette expérience, je considère que la marque ne respecte ni ses clients fidèles ni l’image de qualité qu’elle prétend avoir.
Je vais devoir payer la réparation moi-même pour un sac qui a moins d’un an, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour une marque de ce niveau.
Très mauvaise gestion du service après-vente.

I bought a sandals on the website and it was very easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for. I find that I can actually find more stocks online than in store and I like that.

Logo fell off after 15 months. No refund or repair offered.
Purchased a Coach Quinn Bag directly from Coach online in January 2025. After only around 15 months of careful normal use, the first letter of the “COACH” logo detached and was lost, leaving the bag visibly defective (“OACH”) !!
I contacted Coach Customer Care Europe and the complaints department. They acknowledged the fault but refused a replacement or refund because the bag was outside their 12-month warranty period. They also stated that replacement logo hardware is not available.
The only resolution offered was a 10% discount code for a future purchase.
Very disappointing experience from a premium brand, especially considering the issue relates to product durability rather than accidental damage or misuse. A handbag at this price point should reasonably last longer than this without parts of the branding falling off.
Sadly, this experience made me feel that I wasted my money, and I would encourage potential buyers to consider carefully whether the quality and aftercare match the price.

Je suis très déçu par la marque, j’ai commandé un sac rowan, 269 euros quand-même,le 3 avril 2026, que je n’ai JAMAIS reçu à ce jour,nous sommes quand-même le 12 mai 2026..
Le service client est déplorables, même après plusieurs réclamation, Coach,ne prend aucunement ses responsabilités pour me rembourser.
Il n’est absolument pas Normal, que le client subisse,le fait que le sac soit volé, perdu en route...
A ce jour, Coach ne daigne même pas me rembourser et ensuite se retourner contre Colissimo.
Fuyez cette marque,aucune considération pour le client.
Je suis sidérée. A moi, de lancer une procédure pour non envoie d’une commande.

Schlechte Qualität & schlechter Kundenservice
Eigentlich war ich immer sehr zufrieden mit den Artikeln von Coach und der Qualität.
Bei meinem neuesten Artikel der Marke hat sich innerhalb des gesetzlichen Gewährleistungszeitraums ein Mangel am Leder ergeben.
Der Kundenservice war leider nicht Lösungsorientiert, und auch so wurde man einfach so abgewimmelt.
Leider werde ich daher wohl nichts mehr bei dieser Marke kaufen, und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
Gerade von dem Kundenservice bin ich sehr enttäuscht.
Sehr schade da ich die Marke sehr gerne mochte.
