Diabolical customer service
Returned item, waiting weeks for a refund. Difficult to get in touch with anyone. Chat disabled, WhatsApp not answered, long call queue, emails ignored. Everything you just don't want as a customer. Will not buy again.

Don't bother ordering from the Coach Outlet
For the second order in a row Coach took my money only to cancel the order a few days later. They simply don't update stock levels online so continue selling goods they no longer have. A complete waste of time.
The same insincere reply as always, nothing ever changes. To show their complete lack of control over their own website and delivery proceess, the email cancelling my order came at 5.09 am, yet at 20.48 the same day they emailed me again saing the order was being processed and would be with me soon. Needless to say, nothing ever turned up. Complete shambles

Bags itself are okay, packaging could be nicer, also arrived separately, didnt get a box to keep, customer service too slow took almost a week to reply, also no online chat.

Lost a good customer
Hi, I'm a Coach handbags lover from WAY BACK! This gorgeous, Faye Large Tote, was just delivered to my address! I LUV IT, & I LUV THE Accessory Keychain, that I ordered with it! However, I thought that Coach, wants to make the customers, completely happy with their purchases. We'll, no Dust Bag came with my Expensive purse, and designer handbags, need a Dust cover, to keep it clean/ from damages in your closet. So, I called to see if they would send me a BASIC Dust cover for my purchase. And, Frank the rep said, " no, the Supervisor won't send me one". SO, now, after all of these years of spending my hard earned money on Coach handbags, THEY'VE LOST A EXCELLENT CUSTOMER! ALL from not sending me a Dust cover, to protect my purchase. You see, I thought Coach wanted us to be completely satisfied/happy with our purchases, I guess I was wrong. So, Frank, in the customer service department, 🤔 might should have convinced his Boss, to send a GOOD CUSTOMER, what she needed. Word of mouth, can make or break, a good company, & I won't recommend Coach to any family/friends again to them.

Moins de 6 mois après, l’achat, le sac Présente des usures sur les coins et le cuir s’abîme très vite malgré une attention particulière.
Je pense que pour un sac à ce prix, la qualité mériterait d’être présente.
Je ne parle pas du sav, qui a remis en doute mon utilisation personnelle et une usure normale du sac .. ils ont clos la conversation sans vraiment m’écouter ..
Passez votre chemin ça vaut mieux

I’ve ordered a purse I’ve wanted for a long time and it did not disappoint. It came with useful things and was packaged really nicely which really uplifted my mood. The purse is really good quality and the zipper is also pretty good.
