The associate was so friendly and helpful giving me information about the guarantee that I wasn’t told about at Bicester as well as the life of the bag leather care Coach offer. I bought a second bag that day as I decided to treat myself and am so glad I decided to go to that store and am so glad I was served by the young lady I was- thank you

Terrible experience. They would cancel an order after few days citing the website had incorrect stock. And only to see the product's price being changed. I ordered it as gift and was cancelled just few days before it was supposed to be delivered. And I ended up buying an expensive one. Unreliable, no care for customer experience

Ik heb een order terug gestuurd en hiervan ook een bevestiging ontvangen dat ik binnen 3-5 werkdagen mij geld terug ga krijgen. Echter heb ik nog steeds terugbetaling ontvangen en antwoord op mijn emails krijg ik ook niet. Ik heb er weinig vertrouwen in dat ik uberhaupt nog eens mijn geld terug krijg. Hier ga ik niet meer bestellen.

Very disappointing experience with Coach Europe customer service.

I placed multiple orders through my Coach account, and every single one ended up being cancelled after staying “in progress” for days. What made the experience even worse was the completely contradictory communication from customer service.

Within a short period, I was told:

* my order was being prepared for shipment;
* they could not cancel the order because it was already processing;
* I was supposedly “not the account holder” despite emailing from the same address linked to my account;
* and finally that the item was simply out of stock and would be automatically cancelled.

I had to constantly chase updates myself, with no clear or consistent explanation. For a luxury brand, this level of customer service is honestly unacceptable.

Thankfully I paid through Klarna, otherwise this situation would have been even more stressful.

Very frustrating experience overall.

Ordered a £200 handbag for my daughters birthday....only to find it was left on an open doorstep on a busy street when I returned it was gone...!!!!@
Now Coach wont replace the bag or give me a refund to buy it elsewhere in store and they said it will take 5 Business days to investigate !!!
HOW IS THIS MY FAULT you employ dPd who have no regard for peoples things and im now without my daughters birthday present..... im going to my bank for a charge back to get my money.....

Wieder in den shop geschaut, bestand wurde wieder auf 1 erhöht, erneut bestellt diesmal mit anderem Zahlungsmittel, versandzeit 3-5 tage, nach 5 tagen dann die Meldung storniert. Die Lieferung war an sich gut, aber die Retoure leider überhaupt nicht. Coach hat meine Retoure schon vor über einer Woche erhalten, aber die Rücksendung wurde bis heute nicht bei Klarna gemeldet. Dadurch ist die Zahlung immer noch offen. Ich verstehe, dass Kreditkartengutschriften länger dauern können – aber ich habe nicht einmal direkt bezahlt, sondern über Klarna bestellt. Normalerweise wird die Zahlung sofort pausiert, sobald die Retoure angekommen ist. Bei Coach dauert das unnötig lange und wirkt einfach schlecht organisiert.

Your delivery service sucks and also your customer services it's been more than 20 days and I am still waiting for my parcel and plus point it's in some kinda garage in London and your stupid team wants me to find out on my own the location on that garage who am I a magician or something how I am supposed to know where the shit is it ? And whenever I tried to communicate there stupid people replied with the same email which says go and collect it asap, but from where tell me the location. Stop taking online orders your services are shit. If someone is planning to place an online order get ready they gonna drive you crazy. Because I am waiting for my parcel to arrive from end of April and it's literally end of may now and I am still waiting.
