The bag itself was beautiful
The bag itself was beautiful, and my daughter absolutely loved it. The overall presentation was lovely; however, I feel the packaging could be improved.
It arrived in a sturdy cardboard box, which I appreciated as it is both reusable and environmentally friendly. However, the protective sponge and plastic materials used to protect the more delicate parts of the bag could be replaced with more recyclable and sustainable alternatives to better align with environmentally conscious packaging practices.

I love the bad design and size however…
I love the bad design and size however the security of the latches attaching the shoulder strap is a concern as the strap has come off a few times already

Had to make a return
Had to make a return , sent a link to either return or exchange . Went for exchange and it kept reverting back . Rang you customer care number , got a lady who said she would send me a new link which she did . Same problem , rang customer care again to be told there is no exchange from Ireland .
They go to do return , get as far as the label it had two choices on it but won’t move off the return to GlS courier option , but advised they will print the label .
Arrive at GLS depot , to be told no you have to pay for a label and then print . After about 5 mins discussion I go back in on my phone and get to label part and then they scan it and can print .
And on bottom of order document which came in the box with the product is an OR code to scan for return and when you scan it it goes “
whoops can’t reach that page but continue shopping .
So you will understand why I won’t be shopping with Coach again .
