My bag never arrived the box did just not the bag however coach was super helpful and helped me get my refund so I suppose I can’t put them to blame probably the mail company’s fault

Ho ordinato una borsa Ella color avena. È arrivata tutta piena di pieghe come se fosse stata utilizzata per parecchio tempo, peccato che doveva essere nuova. É stata ordinata dalla sezione outlet ma ciò non implica che arrivino prodotti dalla qualità inaccettabile, la borsa in oggetto costa 269 euro. Ho contattato la sezione clienti che, vedendo le foto sulle condizioni della borsa, non ha fatto altro che dirmi che avrebbero girato la richiesta all'ufficio competente e di aspettare la risposta. Già so che sarà un rimpiazzo di email che non mi porteranno a nulla. La borsa potrebbe essere ancora restituita ma ho paura di avere problemi con il rimborso, dato che ho letto varie recensioni negative sul riaccredito dei soldi. Invito tutti quelli che hanno avuto esperienze negative come me di commentare perché siamo stanchi di queste fregature. Pensare che un'azienda del genere, tanto rinomata per la qualità della sua pelle, mi invii una borsa con la pelle tutta piegata....è inaccettabile.

Une commande passée en express , une livraison programmée qui n'arrive pas le jour prévu sans aucune information du transporteur ni du site !!!!2 jours à rester chez moi à attendre et le service client qui me répond que ce n'est pas eux qui conduisent le van!!!!!
Et bien évidemment c'est moi qui doit aller chercher des indormations car personne ne vous contacte!!!

The bag i bought as a gift for my daughter's 18th birthday has arrived quickly, buy the bag was clearly e returned item because there was no brand tag on the bag and the bag itself was damaged.
We returned the item requiring the substitution and the new bag Is good.
So good service but low attention on First delivery.

After 2 weeks of use the leather in the back of my Chelsea bag already had very visible fading spots from the friction with my body. Very disappointing considering the price and the quality reputation of Coach.
