UK-Cheapest seem reasonably priced and offer a good service. I get email reminders as to when my next payments are due. Also, in the past when I've had difficulties the staff have dealt with them efficiently. I'm not really tech-savvy and so this service has been very helpful.

I have dealt with this company for over…
I have dealt with this company for over 15 years. Over the years, any issues have been quickly and professionally resolved. They have a ticket system that is very efficient and in my case, the response has always been quick and stress free.
My latest problems took 2 days to resolve and both Andrew and Thomas, the team members who resolved the issues are a credit to the company.
They were readily available, even though it was during the recent Easter Bank Holiday!

I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Absolutely appalling service. Can’t log into my account because they’ve added another tier of security, but I’m not being sent the codes (no they aren’t in my junk folder).
My support requests are being ignored.
Whatever you do, don’t use UKCheapest.

We’re very sorry to hear you had trouble logging into your account due to the new two-factor authentication (2FA) system. This added security layer was introduced to protect customer accounts, but we completely understand how frustrating it can be if the codes aren’t arriving (especially when not in your junk folder).

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, DO NOT HOST YOUR SITES HERE OR BUY ANYTHING HERE, they only have an online ticketing system, no contact number, no email, servers are outdated and slow, loading times are slow, I can't even login to pay for an invoice and there's no way of contacting these idiots!!

Very bad service bought a domain never went active try to chat with support told send ticket which done almost 24 hrs no one respond .
Took money like get robbed I ask for refund still waiting reply ‘ look like this company based in overseas not uk .

Beware! Choose other provider! CheapestUK are mamonts, who'd get your website and emails off regularly and won't communicate apart from via tickets which they don't even bother to respond properly.

Awful experience.
Website and emails are down every other month by various reasons.
No phone call service, very long response times, and responses are random, need to open tickets and wait days.
Have been loyal for the last few years for some awkward reason, but finally had enough!!
Plus not cheapest as they say, far from it.
Avoid at all cost.

too complicated to transfer a domain name
UK-C needs to use telephone customer service rather than email. Faster, simpler.
Also, they need to make it much easier to transfer responsiblity for a web domain from one person to another.
For example, if the IT professional who created your website retires after 15 years, it then takes days of hassle to try to get your own web domain into your own name instead of his name (because you cannot create a new account for yourself unless you buy a new domain name (which you don't need) or you transfer a domain in from another providor (which you are not doing) ).
So much hassle for something that should have been simple.
