The new customer support processes at UK-Cheapest.co.uk are abysmal! Support and billing require you to log into an account before you can acess their service. If you cannot access the email you used to set up the account because they have put restrictions on it, UK-Cheapest just keeps sending an auto message sayng it does not recognise your substitute email. It then refers you to the same login process that doesn't work. No alternative telephone support and their online chat also cannot assist and refer you back to the same login process that does not work!

UK-cheapest.co.uk, going online does not mean not providing alternative access routes to your services. The customer experience is poor, poor, poor!

We have been using your services since 2010 and are quite satisfied with the high quality of services.

I've been with UK Cheapest for years. I very rarely need to contact them but when I do, service is always top notch.

The hosting is cheap but that doesn't affect quality, service and support. And that's where it matters. Why pay more?

Issues to do with uploading new website were sorted out within minutes. Terrific service, fast and knowledgable.

Always a prompt and helpful response - even on new years eve 2021, the issue I had was resolved on the day.
And again in March 2022, my issue with email configuration was investigated and an easy to understand solution, that did work, sent to me on the same day.

I always get great service from UK Cheapest. In the space of half an hour Andrew from UK Cheapest support service has cancelled and redirected an old website, set up a new one for me with safety certificate and answered a fair few technical questions, all with patience, kindness and efficiency.

My site wasn't working late one evening, I sent a support ticket and first thing the next day the problem was resolved. Great support.

UK Cheapest are extremely helpful, whenever I have any issues or need help they respond quickly and always resolve my issue - highly recommend

I don't need to use UK Cheapest's Support Service very often but, when I do, I always find them very courteous and professional in solving my problems.
