The term "undiscoverable" refers to our profile scoring system, which is based on how much information is filled out on your profile. This includes elements like your bio, portfolio examples, and key skills. When these areas aren’t fully completed, it can make it harder for clients to find or connect with you for relevant jobs.

That said, it sounds like we could have done a much better job of explaining this to you and helping you understand how to improve your profile score. We’re constantly working to make our platform easier to use, and your feedback highlights an area where we can improve communication.

Our free plan is designed to provide access to job opportunities, but Twine Pro offers extra benefits like more visibility and direct client contacts. However, we want to ensure that everyone—whether on the free or Pro plan—has a smooth experience. We’ll review how we communicate the differences and ensure that freelancers can easily understand what’s needed to be more discoverable.

We do promote job opportunities on LinkedIn to attract talented freelancers to Twine. While some jobs may be limited to Twine Pro members depending on supply and demand, we always offer a free trial so you can explore our platform and decide if it’s right for you. You can cancel at any time with no obligation.

We never ask for payment simply to apply for a job off-site, so if you’ve received any suspicious emails requesting that, it could be fraudulent activity. Please report it to our support team so we can investigate.

We understand it’s frustrating when clients don’t follow up. While some clients may become inactive, we’re constantly working to ensure genuine opportunities on our platform. We also get frustrated with client unresponsiveness and are working on better ways to get feedback from clients to give to freelancers.

Regarding the username format, clients are assigned a random username in the format "user1234" for privacy reasons. We are working on improving our verification processes to enhance transparency and trust.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I want to assure you that we take your concerns seriously and are committed to resolving this issue.

We issued the refund of $89.99 on June 24th via Stripe, immediately after you contacted us on June 21st. It seems that there might be a delay on the bank's side, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We have an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for the transaction, which can help your bank trace the refund. You will have received a separate email from us detailing this.

Could you please check with your bank again using the ARN provided? Sometimes banks hold up refunds for various reasons, and they should be able to provide you with more information using this reference number.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. Our customer support team is here to assist you further. Please reach out to us directly with any additional questions or concerns.

These jobs are clearly marked as "External" and are always available to all members, not just Twine Pro subscribers.
