Twine gives you lots of opportunities to find gig work. You're limited on the free version, so it pays to "pay" for it. That being said, I've yet to secure work although I submit my applications almost daily. Also, some jobs are paying very low -- so not work applying for.

There was a position advertised through Twine for a graphic design position in Melbourne on Linkedin. When I thought I had submitted my application I was alerted that instead I had to pay for Twine premium in order to submit my application. I notified LinkedIn that the position was a scam and it was promptly removed from their site. Its seemed like the position was created to ensure people pay in order to apply which seems like a scam.
