Engineer arrived the following day as agreed, received a call in the morning to advise when the engineer would arrive, mounted a 55" TV on the wall and supplied a longer power cable as mine would no longer reach the socket and supplied better brackets. Hid the cable behind trunking. Very happy with the work. Cost £240 which I thought was expensive, however he did a quality job.

I needed a Starlink system fitted, the response was fast and the service was excellent. The work was completed very efficiently. Friendly and professional team. Very satisfied! Highly recommend this company.

Paul the engineer rang on the morning to give me a time and as he said was there on time, he was very polite told him what I wanted he explained what I needed got on with the job left no mess what so ever Could not fault his manners or workmanship,job well done thank you.

Phoned this company thinking it was a local aerial company.I was told engineer should be with me by 4.00pm.They phoned at 4.30 that the engineer was stuck on a job taking longer than thought.So a day waisted.Next day they phoned to say that the engineer would arrive around 4.00.Nothing..Another day waisted.No phone calls to say otherwise.Next day 8.00am phoned a proper local aerial engineer who said he would be with me at 6.00pm same day.As I phoned my local guy,my mobile rang,the Paul Davies engineer saying 'Im on my way in 5 minutes'.Told him not to bother as i have waisted 2 days & nobody told me told me he's turning up at 8.00am particularly as I had an appointment to attend.
Local guy arrived on time & replaced the Distribution amplifier in the loft.£135 all in.Well pleased.
Paul Davies are based in Scotland I believe,and contact aerial installation guys could be miles away.
Definitely avoid..

Paul was excellent, he came out to us the day after we called him and what he thought might be quite a simple job turned out to be a 2 hour marathon. He had to work up in the attic and outside but nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Paul I would highly recommend you to anyone.

£94 for a quote was quite excessive, the repair person was in my house for 10 min.at the most and asked for £466 to replace the aerial and did not even go up a ladder, very disappointed customer.

The so called engineer walked through the front door and said yes it's definitely your aerial
I was shocked by this and thought here we go con.
So said are you at least going to check the aerial
On which he then whet back to is van and fetched a machine that looked like it had seen better days and attached it to the aerial after slapping it for five minutes and trying to get it to work he again said yes it's definitely your aerial
And quoted me it would be £350 to replace it
I said I couldn't afford that
He then had the cheek to ask me for £94 pound for what he'd done

Please don't use this firm and do your self a favour .

Not recommended for PL11 area. Cancelled last minute saying they couldn’t do it due to bad weather. It was the day after a storm and the weather was calm and sunny.

Do not be fooled! This so called "local" company along with many others! I will be posting the the same on every single one! I.e Mike Harris, teesside aerials and satellite etc etc, are in fact a National company trading out of a garage type unit in Barrhead Glasgow. They set engineers(very loose term) a target of 700 a day with drives between jobs that would astound you! So you will be getting overcharged on most jobs they attend! They then also think it's a good idea to rip off the guys when they leave. So if you're looking for a genuine local company, scroll down and look for a company that has generic growth, and not the paid ads towards the top. You've been warned folk's.

A unreliable company, waited all day for an engineer to call me, then cancelled that evening, was told I am the first customer in the morning, called 3 times that morning without an engineer calling back, also one receptionist was rude and hung up on me. Still have not heard back or had an apology. Do not use this company or you will waste your time. Very unprofessional, although their website looks impressive but without the customer service to go with. Thumbs down 👎. Karin S. west London

Shockingly poor service, was told engineer would be with us between 3-5pm, received a call at 4:50pm advising engineer had to go home due to illness. They advised someone would phone to re-arrange next day between 8-10am, nobody called! I called them at 10:10am, they advised they’d call next day 8-10am to re-arrange, surprise, surprise, no call received!
I would advise look for another more reputable service provider as this company is the worst of the worst.

Paul comprehensively overhauled our TV reception system including a new antenna. He responded quickly to my service request, attends at the time he stated and let me know when he was on the way.
