Gavin is an outstanding engineer
Gavin is an outstanding engineer. This is the second time I’ve had him for an installation, and once again he delivered excellent service. He is highly professional, very helpful, and clearly knows what he’s doing—his experience really shows in the quality of his work.
What stood out the most is how tidy and respectful he is. He made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards and left the place spotless, which I really appreciate.
I genuinely hope he stays with the company, as I would gladly request him again in the future. I highly recommend Gavin to anyone—he’s reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to deal with.

Terrible company not sure what their intention really is very keen on calling and arranging for someone to come out however nobody comes out 3 days in a row and nobody showed up ended up arranging someone else I wouldn’t use this company.

Fast, efficient and friendly
The whole process from logging an issue, to booking an appointment and getting the repairs finished and paid for was very easy, efficient and swift. All the Ariel Force staff were helpful and dealt with my problem very quickly. The Repair Man arrived to time and was friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process of getting my Satellite Dish repaired (from initial call to job completion) took a couple of hours. Amazing service. Thank You.
Tv signal issue
Phones up as I had a tv signal issue got a booking the next day. Gavin came to my house and sorted it all out very professional and friendly.

I was quoted £199.0 for dish and Lnd if required.
£79 for diagnostic fault finding but if work is carried out on the same day the £79 would not be charged just pay for work carried out max £199 + vat
When the engineer finished the work he said it would be close to £300 as he said the £79 fault finding is not taken off the bill and I should never have been told it is deducted by the sails team. so be careful if you use this company. they promised TWICE the manager would call me back to get this sorted but NEVER did, after me making 5 phone calls to try to talk to a manager I decided I was wasting my time, think I was ripped off, so proceed with caution. After giving this review I’m being asked for more information. What else is there to say. The sals team are not to be trusted they give false information to get the job. Must be on commission 🤬
Good advise & superb service
I had very good advice on what to do. Omar was very knowledgeable about the market and enabled me reqiest the right replacement from Sky before installing. I had superb service from him and by extension, the company.

No show engineer
Emailed about sorting an engineer to install a TV on the wall. Very quick to get back to me. Told me an engineer would come on Mon and get a phone call first. No phone call, no engineer. No follow up email or communication since. Good job I didn't wait in all day.
Found another company instead.
Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. Absolutely awful customer service and communication. Two booked days off work wasted.
Engineer appointment booked several days in advance and received a confirmation email with just the date. Message received on the day of visit to state the engineer cancelled on the day, due to illness. A trite apology offered at the end of the call. Rebooked for a few days later and no email confirmation of this. On the day of the reschedule, it was left to me to phone to confirm it was scheduled, which they confirmed it was and advised to wait for a call 30 mins before onsite attendance. Waited in from 9am to past 3pm and received a call to state engineer wouldn’t be showing up and would I like to rebook for a third time. Zero apology offered.
Find an alternate provider if you can, this unprofessional company and their deeply disappointing and woeful service seriously doesn’t deserve your money or time.
Sourced a local reliable professional provider that charged me £100 instead of £300+ to fit the starlink to my eaves wall and run the cable internally.
Ripped off by aerial force
I called aerial force on a Friday ,they told me that an engineer would be out the same day and that it would be from £169 plus vat . I explained to her that it was a single story new static caravan all the connection points are already there . They then call at 3pm saying the engineer could not come today it would now be Saturday. When the engineer arrived on the Saturday he straight away said it would now be £269 be looking from the road ,hadn't even looked around it . 35 minutes later he was done when he then handed me a bill for £322 . I have connected customer service and got no response.. I would never recommend this company and have asked what the from £169 covers as this feels like a con

Sam was excellent—very helpful and did a superb job. I’d highly recommend this company. From speaking with Ellie to make the booking to the completion of the job, everything was superb.
Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. The engineer looked at end of aerial cable, told me to get a tv box then charged £95 for doing nothing and was here no more than minutes

Avoid if you are looking for urgent support
Extremely quick to book in once I had filled out in online form, a phone call within 5 minutes from what sounded like someone at home with kids, and then had a no show 3 times!! Explained the urgency to three different call handlers, all replied with the same apologetic message, almost word to word like it’s scripted, regarding their engineers calling in sick, each one reassured me I would have someone out first thing the next day, twice more I received a phone call at 4:30pm to say they couldn’t come, not the slightest bit of common courtesy to even bother ringing in the morning, despite me explaining each time my urgency politely. Awful company service and missed out on what would have been a large job going forward.

The engineer who visited our property was quick efficient and new exactly what to do, would not think twice about referring this company to anyone.

I had my TV installed by the great Steve. He was very professional and carefully carried out the work with great attention to detail. He was very communicative with my about how what angleI want my TV to face. And provided professional advice. He was also a great chat, dude rocks! Defo get him to install your TV!
3 days of no shows
I booked an appointment weeks in advance only to be called on the day at 4 PM to inform me that the engineer couldn't make it due to other customer work taking longer than expected. This was rescheduled for the next day, but the same thing happened again, and again on the third day. Three days of the same excuse. Considering the missed appointments beforehand, I would have hoped that someone would have understood the importance of customer service and ensured that an engineer came to the site.

This company is the best...
From the moment I called this company, they we're efficient and polite. The lady booked my job in, for the next day (amazing) I did call & ask what time (I'd forgotten to ask) Darren arrived just after lunch. Again really polite, professional and helpful. He explained everything he was checking/doing. What I needed and gave me a price. He completed the works, with a bright disposition. Explaining all the way through the fixings/fittings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Especially if we got Darren again. A friendly, professional. Really pleased. Tidied up, placing furniture back too. A big 👍 up from us.
