Engineer was courteous and the service was seamless. Would definitely recommend this company

Thank you to the team for getting someone out within 24 hours to sort out our botched Starlink installation, but mostly thank you to Chris for coming over so promptly, being honest and quoting a very fair price. He got the work done then and there, meaning I can work from home as planned. You're a lifesaver; hope they give you a raise!

Gary McDonald went above our expectations. He was so kind to us as we have just moved to the area and we were quite stressed as we are in our 70s 80s the TV we brought from Home wouldn’t switch on it had broken in transit so he got us another TV which was so kind of him he went above and beyond he has been back again today and got all our TVs up and working and we know he is on the end of the phone if we need him we would’ve given five stars but we didn’t realise it was going to be so expensive which is not Gary‘s fault

Work carried out at a very high cost. When I realised a simple job should have been much cheaper, I complained. They said they would investigate and get back to me. That was almost 2 months ago and now they are not responding to my follow up emails. I cannot recommend this company and would not use them again. The telephone number was a local one but they are in fact a national company. I would not have used them if I had known beforehand.

I recently moved into a new property that didn't have a TV aerial so I contacted Aerial and Satellite Express. I have to say JEEZ they were expensive and I wished I'd shopped around a bit but they did arrive really quickly and got on with the job really efficiently and I have to say the 2 guys that did the aerial were delightful but they promised not to make a mess which they did and they said they'd make it look really neat which it doesn't! My main issue though is that with the ASTRONOMICAL charge I was asked to pay the quality of the aerial signal is absolutely DREADFUL and there are channels, like BBC1, that basically don't work. I have to say it's INCREDIBLY annoying to pay that amount of money to have absolutely rubbish quality TV

Phoned on an off chance that they could help after EE upgraded my father in law's router and then he couldn't get his normal tv channels. EE said it had nothing to do with them and it was suggested that we have an independent have a look. I phoned Aerial & Satellite Express, explained the situation to a lovely lady and she said that she could get an engineer to him today and that they offer a free no obligation house call. The engineer called me to get an understanding of the problem and said he would call after his visit. True to his word he did. The problem was the master booster, nothing to do with EE, just coincidence. Father in law is very happy to have things back to the way they were. Thank you for making this easy and stress free.

Chris was excellent - highly recommend him to all.
He was knowledgeable, practical, and worked out the best way to solve the installation instantly.
Job done most efficiently, and even with the oppressive heat, Chris was a stalwart professional, and had a good sense of humour.
And as I'd only just moved in, my stress was relieved by such a calming presence. Really lovely chap - will give 5 stars all day long.

Writing about my elderly neighbour's experience, which I witnessed and helped her chase up. She's in her late 80s with poor eyesight.

She had a problem with her TV and called Aerial & Satellite Express. An engineer came, quoted around £270, then once the job was done charged her over £330. The aerial was replaced and her TV works — so I'm not really writing about the money.

I'm writing about what they did with the old aerial. Instead of taking it away or even leaving it in plain sight, the engineer pushed it under a bush on the pavement outside her house, hidden where she wouldn't see it. On a public footpath used by other elderly residents, that's a genuine trip hazard. I have a photo of it sitting there under the bush.

If they'd just said "we can't dispose of this, it's yours" — fine. Instead they concealed it. When she phoned to ask them to come back and remove it, they refused.

It's the disrespect that's unacceptable. You don't charge a vulnerable elderly woman that much and then hide your own waste under her hedge so she can't see it. Take responsibility for what you leave behind.

I published the review today morning, she told me - during the day someone turned up to collect the old aerial (writing this at 6.14pm) - Increased the stars from 1 to 3

Tim and his engineer, arrived when they said they would. They asked what I was looking to do, I explained that I wanted all the old cables removing from the property and to have 3 new arials installed, one of which was required to be in a new position.
I am impressed at how efficient they both were and very informative, polite and friendly. They did all the channel searches for me. No mess left.
So yes I would highly recommend Express Aerials, Wakefield.

Young man was very friendly and proceeded to fully explain the solution to my ongoing problem of losing channels on my freesat.
