Absolute scam. They’ve only just changed their details on here and information about the fee. Even then it does not state the percentage they take which they need to disclose clearly. They think they have legal ground and will threaten court and bailiffs but they can’t do anything because they haven’t clearly disclosed how much they are charging. They do not tell you anything about a fee until AFTER they’ve “completed” their “service”. That should be communicated clearly before anyone even clicks on a link. They are doing people wrong by charging such a big fee. It would be more understandable if it was a smaller fee like £15 because they can literally enter your details to gov website for free.

When asked of proof of their service, they refused to show me. Ended up getting money from the actual government website and they say I still owe money despite them not finding it and not releasing the money. Not to mention the vile behaviour of staff members that do not consider these fee’s that people do not have any idea about and how it affects them. They want money. That’s it. They aren’t doing you a favour, they are robbing you. Do not use this company, go to gov website and get what the full amount that you are entitled to. Someone needs to shut this company down. Reported to the ASA for misleading ads and failure to CLEARLY disclose the information that customers should know. Look at your rights and stay far away from this company. Anyone who has signed up with them you have 14 days cooling off period. Cancel with them before they say they’ve completed their so called service. They take 25% of your money which is not a fair or small amount no matter what amount you do get. It’s a scam. Do not bother writing back Turner Lewis because I know what you spurt out is a bunch of lies to mislead more people through this website too. You do not care about your customers and IF you did then you would clearly disclose that you are going to take money from people and how much you are planning to take in your ads. If you cared about your customers then you wouldn’t harass and threaten them when they are in the right and you’re in the wrong. Jog on.

Your ads do not follow ASA standards. Your ads with “you’ve got nothing to lose” are still on your page and it’s also the one I saw when I clicked your link to a form which does not state anywhere CLEAR of a fee and how much. You were recently taken to court for these ads and yet they are still up. You have not shown any sympathy yet again. You haven’t even addressed what you should do better in or what you’re going to do to actually help the customers that have had bad experiences with your staff.

i was on my call with samuel and he was very helpful. i’ve had trouble in the past with my trust fund and he helped me very quickly getting access to it. would 100% recommend calling to get access to your trust fund.
