Great quality, great finish and great material. I was a bit worried about the material when I received it, wondering if it would be too warm for the place where I live. However, I was comfortable a whole day in it as it's breathable, and I felt "at home" while in style. From what I have received so far, the material is definitely worth the price.

I bought 6 chairs. 3 had serious flaws. A carpenter pointed out the flaws, I sent a video of these flaws to Turn Black. I contacted them several times subsequently. Turn Black wasn't interested. Honestly, this is a gutter business. Stay away from them

My dress arrived today and it has surpassed my expectations.its beautiful and a perfect fit. I have followed the website for a long time and managed to get my favorite dress half price in the sale. I couldn't be happier. Also the customer service is prompt to rely and very helpful.thank you

THE QUALITY OH MY LORD THE QUALITY. Every piece I have from here gets constant compliments. And if you wait for a sale you can snap some exceptional deals! Also shipping is so so so fast. I've been on two different continent and ordered from them, still so fast.

Was tempted by the beautiful advertisements on Insta/FB - and wanted to try if it lived up to these. And it does! Beautiful trousers in a really good fit and very pretty blouse. All in excellent quality. The items were sent quickly, so I had the clothes less than 10 days after ordering.
Will definitely order more from here.
The fact that the customs costs are high is not Turn Black's fault - this is pointed out on the website.

Lovely designs and very welll made and sized. The size chart is a little generous - I needed to return my order and size down compared to the size chart.
Not sure they are well set up for returns as it was a long drawn out process.
Archana kept me updated all the way but there was a significant wait for a store credit.

Turnblack has an exceptional set of fits that are flattering on all body shapes and sizes! The all black range makes it super easy to choose from and focus more on design and silhouette. I got the Dahlia dress earlier and the Luna dress afterwards and also a kurta set for my partner and each of these have become our go-to choices for any dinner or a classy day out. Their fabrics are of very good quality and pure linen which is so hard to get by these days. They’re doing something very right with their business and I’m so here for it!

I bought the POETIC BLACK LONG SLEEVE TOP and I love so much the quality of the cotton popeline. As an architect I love to wear black so Turn Black is my reference now :)

I've purchased three tote bags, the Quasar dress and the Zenith Coord. The material is incredible. Durable, sturdy, surprisingly comfortable despite the thickness of the cloth. I never miss the opportunity to buy stuff during their 40%/50% sale. They are also great with their customizations albeit it takes a while for the items to be shipped.

This is my first order with Turnblack and they have been amazingly helpful since I ordered, and helped me get the right measurements for them. The Nuit d'Amour dress fits perfectly and is exactly the length I need, and the Black Dahlia dress is also incredible. Both dresses are so comfy, the fabric is soft and breathable and they're both so well made it's really raised the standards I expect from clothing stores. Shipping was also very quick - from ordering to receiving it took less about nine days.

I have over 15 pieces from TurnBlack. The first that I bought was the Dahlia dress which kept popping up on my Instagram. I fell in love with the brand from that moment and I have never looked back. I have bought multiple pants, tops and dresses and have had them all customised. They even called me to ask for additional measurements to make sure the pieces were perfect. There have only been two instances when the pieces didn't work for me, but I think I did my measurement wrong that time and I can't fault them for that. The customer service is very good. Many times the items arrive so quickly I wondered if they had the pieces already ready in my very unusual size (haha). they've also been super nice by giving me a tote bag with a large order. I like the products, I love their fabrics and style. I have recommended them to multiple people and most of the time people ask me where I got my clothes and I am thrilled to tell people about them. My items have always arrived well-packaged and crisp. All in all, I am happy to continue supporting this wonderful size-inclusive brand. I only wish you have more color options so I can have my favourite pieces in all colours!

Alterations were free. If you get something altered, make sure it's what you want. No returns on alterations.

The dress is light and pretty. Something that we've been seeking for a long time.

I absolutely LOVE Turnblack. Their fabric is lovely, and all that I've bought from them has been very well made. I've never had clothing fit so well, and that I ordered this online without trying anything on is remarkable. Highly recommend this brand!

I recently made my third purchase from Turn Black, and I have to say that I've had a great experience so far. I'm 5'2, so I've ask them for an alteration each time, and every item has come back perfectly tailored/altered. In India, at least, they are among the very few sustainable brands that alter/tailor clothes according to your specs without charge, use a mix of interesting textiles, and are more or less affordable. I will purchase again and I hope the good experience will continue.
