I love much of this site’s style. I bought “The Lady with the little dog dress” and it is astounding…. Quality is +++ Sizing is +++ Style is out of this world IMHO. It arrived wrapped in tissue inside a branded tote bag-in black of course! My only issue is not on the company…. I got billed by FedEx for tariffs….

One dress I ordered uncustomised is lovely. But I ordered a custom fitted skirt to my measurements and it was too large for me. I emailed straight away but didn't hear back until the following week when I email again - I think it went to their spam folder. Almost immediately they responded to the second email and I sent through a video with the too big skirt. They've now said they will send me a new skirt, which I greatly appreciate that I don't have to return the skirt to be tailored as that would be very expensive for me. So I might update when the second skirt comes but other than a slight hiccup with communication they've been lovely. I'm not sure if you could order custom piece and expect it to be perfect if you're ordering internationally like me and they're just making it to your body, so I appreciate it. It would be good also if they could put which currency you're seeing for the dollar currencies, as I assumed because I was on their Australian site it was in AUD but it was US. And I didn't realise until the figure appeared in my bank account.

Have ordered 4, 5 times? Every order has always been great. I wear some of these pieces on a daily basis, and have for years, so the quality is definitely there. Service has always been fantastic. I couldn't recommend them more, I look forward to ordering again!

The collection is absolutely beautiful ans fabrics are amazing. I ordered from France and then I visited their store in India and I love the brand.
They have the best customer service (alterations…) and ne they are very quick.

The worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. When this company ships its product to Spain or other countrys in Europe, you have to pay over 100 euros in customs fees because they don't handle it. If you can't, they're not responsible even if their product is sent back to them. You're left without the product and your money. When you try to contact them to resolve the problem, they don't respond to your messages, and if you insist, they block you.

Ordered my first outfit from here and no regrets. The quality and the fit is absolutely amazing.
Also was shipped immediately and I received it within 5 days.

I have had a great experience purchasing from this brand. The quality of their product is excellent; what was also extremely helpful was their excellent customer service. They are prompt on both Watsapp and email, and is informative in their response which helps in decision making.

Their products are truly unique and of very high quality. I ordered the stool and a vase, and each item came perfectly well packaged, showing the respect the company pays to its products. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this retailer. Even if it takes time to receive the items, it was worth it.

I have admired Turn Black outfits and bought ‘Qualia’ online. On trying it, it did not suit me and I reached out to the company. They willingly exchanged it for another style in their showroom. The whole experience was wonderful, both in terms of the smooth process and openness to take my preference into account. The Sheer Linen dress is light, airy, elegant and well-tailored.

Offering custom sizing at no extra cost is huge in the current fashion climate, and I cannot express how much I appreciate seeing a sustainable brand also materially value size inclusivity. This feature alone has ensured that I get the most out of my TB pieces and save money in the long run. Their customer service is always responsive and empathetic. And for the quality of what they are providing, I find their prices very reasonable. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I had an issue with the size of the skirt I purchased and needed it to be exchanged for a smaller size. Archana from Turnblack helped me do this and I commend her patience because the pickup request had to be raised multiple times as the carrier companies created issues because of which the pickup couldn’t be done successfully. Anyway it took about 2 weeks to get the exchange done but I’m happy and thankful that the TB team was very supportive and friendly throughout.

Great experience, good quality, timeless styles. Alterations can be done according to personal measurements and free delivery home within Delhi. Wonderful service and the price looks fantastic ✨

I have been a customer of Turn Black from Australia for a few years. I initially ordered some pieces after seeing them in an Instagram ad. I ordered one piece to custom sizing and it fit great. The others also fit well but were not custom sized. They have been on high rotation in my wardrobe since I purchased them.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Delhi and I stopped by the Turn Black store while I was there. The store is beautiful, and the customer service was wonderful; Archana, the manager, was incredibly helpful finding sizes and suggesting pieces for myself and my partner.

I needed two pieces custom sized. One was a skirt which was made overnight and delivered to my hotel the next day. It fit beautifully per the measurements taken at the store. I am still waiting on the second piece (as anticipated) and will update the review at the time of receipt.

I am from Melbourne, where we wear a lot of black. Turn Black is a brand I genuinely trust and am consistently impressed by.
