Don’t buy if you have a Cummins.
I have a 21 Cummins with 68rfe transmission. I’m on my 3rd tune from tuner depot that does not work well. This is after 1000 miles on each so it is not due to relearn. You get 1 response every two days by email. So if you have an issue it’s going to take awhile. I do not recommend these guys. I can’t floor it or it stalls. Does not down shift when accelerating while driving (example like you would do to pass someone) very disappointed.

"Pre-sale" service is good, BUT...
Pre-sale service is good, shipping is fast. Service after the sale, especially if a problem is involved, is poor. A common issue is RMA's being issued, but no shipping label or address is ever given. Requests for such information go unanswered. In the end, I was able to do an exchange, and get a refund for the returned item... But it took many emails through multiple platforms, over weeks to make it happen. I feel like most responses are "bot" generated, and there's probably 1 or 2 actual employees. Your mileage may vary.
