The complaint is when you order a complete delete its in fact not a complete kit you will have to order a soft switch
Which is a additional amount
My switch is still being held at Memphis in customs.
Then if your not paying attention you get a extra bill from fedx for delivery after you pay the initial shipping fees.

I did a delete and tune on my 2020 EcoDiesel Rubicon through TunerDepot — and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The tuned ECM completely transformed the Jeep; it runs stronger, smoother, and feels like a whole new vehicle. The straight pipe is high-quality and sounds amazing.

A couple of small hiccups: the wrong size muffler was sent (though I wasn’t planning to use it anyway), and the first exhaust tip was the wrong size, probably just a miscommunication on my part. It would be great if there was an option to swap the muffler for a straight pipe from the start.

Tariffs make things pricier these days, but that’s not on the company. Overall, everything worked exactly as promised, and their customer service is top-notch, super helpful, quick to respond, and genuinely care about their customers.

All the parts were there as described in the ad. Everything was carefully packaged and not any damage.

Purchased the more expensive egr delete only to discover the J hose was molded improperly and creates a substantial pinch point which IS going to fail. Sent pictures and videos to tuner depot only to be brushed off and left to figure it out on my own. Highly disappointed.

I bought a refurbished Mini Max V1 unit I had an issue with it was VIN locked Tuner Depot helped me figure out everything and they took care of the problem I highly recommend this company they do care for your business.will be buying more parts from them without hesitation 100% I am another happy customer.

The switch is very low grade and the knob threads came out as soon as I tightened the knob in place!.

You're not supply it will take my order and then when I wanted to return a couple items in two different times we got it done and so I just thought that was great and we went through yet I mean I got to send that one off but put the label on it but everything's going great got great customer service thank you

You directions are not a simple as what to interject!

Read the fine print. Will not refund unless there is a manufacturers defect. Customer service was very unhelpful. Person I spoke with several times didn't seem to know what was going on.
