Pleased as always with my experience
From ordering to its arrival in the shop everything was as hoped and expected as it always is with TU.

I’ve been buying from Tu a long time now because the clothes are always lovely quality and good prices too.
I’m disabled so buy everything online and the website is easy to use, delivery service is great as is being kept up to date with delivery details. I highly recommend Tu.

Good service and excellent quality
It’s very easy to order online. Delivery to an Argos is fast and reliable. Quality of clothes is exceptional. Very easy to return items. I returned a coat which was unfortunately too big on Wednesday and the money was in my bank on Thursday.

Still haven't received my order. Went in to pick it up on Saturday, nearly 3 weeks since ordering items and I was told my package has been delayed. Still waiting.

awful customer service
awful customer service. placed an order on the 4th august, was meant to be ready by the 9th. its not the 19th august. also i have had no update on email or by phone at all. i have been calling and chasing. i called 2 days ago and they said it will be ready to collect in 24hours. ALL A LIE. i called today they tried fobbing me off with wait for a collection code or within a certain amount of days it will be refunded. THATS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. i need to sort my sons school clothes and i only have just over a week till he starts

Where is my order?
I’ve just been to collect my order, which according to the ‘manage my order’ link on the order confirmation will be ready to collect in store from 4pm yesterday. It was a wasted journey because it’s not there.
Edited to add - I have now collected the item. When it was ready to collect I received a message. It would be helpful if the information on the ‘manage my order’ page was correct, and/or made it clear that the order can’t be collected until a message confirms it’s ready.
