Paid for a Failed Saturday delivery
Paid for a Saturday delivery and stayed in all day for it and it eventually turned up on Tuesday
Product was fine
Delivery by EVRI was rubbish
Our normal EVRI Courier was on holiday but that is no excuse

Where is my order that I placed on…
Where is my order that I placed on 15/8/26? On line delivery date is 22/8/26. As of 22/8/26 no sign of my order and no response from Sainsburys to apologise for delay and no communication to explain when can I expect my order. Not impressed Sainsburys, more investment required to improve delivery times please.

I went on line Tu clothes
I went on line, for the first time as I have always walked in to store to buy Tu brand from Sainsbury’s. Wow first time on line and it is so easy and convenient for me. The shorts I bought were just as described, delivered on time, I will use them again. Added bonus the prices, great value for money.

Easy to navigate round the site and to order with a choice of click and collect at a Sainsbury’s store near to you or delivery, if you need to return anything this is an easy process when returning to store as long as you have your order number, refunds are always received within a few days

I went to collect my order and the Argos store was closed. No sign or any information. I asked a Sainsbury’s colleague who said she had no idea why it was closed and that they had tried to call the Argos manager but no response. Totally wasted trip.

Can't fault them
I love Tu clothes. Mostly great quality at very reasonable prices. I usually shop in-store as I live close to a huge Sainsbury's but pick-up from the in-store Argos for online orders has always been very easy and efficient, with texts telling me when my item has arrived and all the relevant information for the retail staff to find my order quickly. Can't fault them.
