I got a great pair of 5" teal swim shorts for my trip to Florida. They fit perfect as described, and everyone looked at them and asked me about them. They all loved them. When I got back I noticed a minor issue with the fabric that I hadn't noticed prior. I reached out, and they were kind enough to rectify the situation beyond my expectations. Great product, great brand, great experience.

Sizing is terrible. Order a shirt 1 size up and it is skin tight. Totally the wrong size. Return policy near impossible. Unhappy. Avoid this company at all costs.

The signature collection is amazing. Got it in black and midnight!

The fit was perfect. The quality is great! I bought two pair and I’m getting rid of my other ten pair in my drawer!

Outstanding Customer Service and Great Quality Product!

I’ve been a customer of Tucann for quite some time and wanted to recognize Daniel for the incredible customer service he provided. He was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Not only is Tucann’s swimwear stylish and comfortable, but the quality is outstanding. Their swim trunks are well-made, durable, and have become some of my favorite pieces to wear.

Daniel personally handled my situation and made everything right by arranging a replacement and ensuring the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. That level of care and attention is rare these days and speaks volumes about both Daniel and the company.

It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and follows through on what he promises. The replacement is already on the way, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled.

Purchased one pair to start.. after wearing them once or twice, I've already ordered two more different pair.. best fitting bathing suit I think I've ever tried on and very high quality! This is my second review and here’s why! Their communication and help online was Amazing! Fastest and best communication of any company I dealt with. I emailed to get a couple z questions answered and to fix a shipping address problem. It was the weekend but they answered my questions and fixed my issue really quick. Needless to say, I was Very impressed. I would would give 10 star review if possible. I was so happy with first pair and thier help that I ordered second pair! Qulity and fit is precise! What are you waiting for?? Order a pair, you’ll be glad you did!

The return process is an absolute nightmare. While they claim to offer a 30-day refund policy, their return portal forces you to upload photos only to offer exchange or store credit options. NO REFUND OPTION! My item was in its original packaging, entirely unused, and had all tags attached. Despite this, when I emailed customer support for help, they simply directed me right back to their portal. It is clear they want you to jump through hoops until you give up.

Bought my first Tucann product late this summer and wonder why I waited so long. Great design, and comfortable, and the liner is the softest material of any high end swimwear that I own, it's very similar to my most expensive underwear. If I were a product designer, the only upgrade that I would make is to add a high end 3D support pouch to the liner similar to my high end briefs. I give these a 5/5 but even the best products have room for improvement. More designs and in-stock sizes and I'm back for more for next sumer or beach vacation.

I love the colors, fits great, great material, got my husband matching shorts.

Excellent customer service! I emailed them on a Saturday and within minutes they responded and addressed my questions. Their responsiveness was unparalleled. And when a company can provide a great product coupled with great customer service, it means that I’ll shop here many times over.

Stay far away from this company. They purposely mislead about the ease of returns in blatant attempt to prevent refunds. I ordered a bathing suit in two sizes. The large is too tight, and the X large has annoying amount of fabric in the backside. I am well within the return date expiration. However, when I went on their site to return it, the trouble began. The only options offered on the return platform were to exchange for something else immediately or get a store credit. That led me on a 90 minute journey that include delayed chat response, a BS excuse that "refunds are a manual process", an attempt to get me to pay a restocking fee (although the site advertises "free, easy returns" in a headline, 900 words later, it says refunds are subject to a restocking fee, and I must ship it back myself with a trackable shipper.) You can't reach them by phone. Only when I threatened to share my story all over the internet (I own a marketing company with a social media team) did they suddenly decide to waive the fee. Plenty of other options that aren't unethical.

Ordered swim trunks in size 32, which has been my size for many years. The trunks were very small and tight. I realized that they are made in China and not outstanding quality. For $90 plus, these should be high quality and not cheap, made in China. Upon trying to return, I was charged a restocking fee. The website and all online ads state "free returns" within 14 days. Had multiple issues with the website not working but still made the 14 day deadline, but still charged a restocking fee. Cheap made trunks, made in China, sizing is way off and fake advertising. Avoid at all costs!!

Return/exchange policy very cumbersome, however, if you follow the instructions they respond immediately. I was able to exchange an order pretty easily. The customer service is excellent and the quality of the items are what you would expect from a premium brand.

Ordered a pair of shorts (Mirage Red 7") on May 7. When they arrived, I didn't like how they looked and wanted to return them. There was no return option available in my order history, so I had to chat in to start the process.

Here's where it gets frustrating: Tucann charges both a return shipping fee and a restocking fee. Combined, that's nearly 20% of what I paid for the product. For an apparel company where customers have no way to try the item on before purchasing, that's an unreasonable penalty for a basic fit/look return well within their 30-day window.

The chat reps were polite, but politeness doesn't make up for a return policy that's clearly designed to discourage refunds. If you're not 100% certain about fit and look from photos alone, buy elsewhere — somewhere that stands behind their product with a customer-friendly return policy.

Will not be ordering from Tucann again.

Extremely disappointing experience with Tucann.

After I contacted customer service, they initially agreed to process a replacement item. However, communication dragged on over multiple exchanges and delays, and eventually I was told the replacement item was no longer available and that I should simply “select something else.”

At no point was any meaningful goodwill offered despite the fact that the delays and inventory lapse were outside my control.

In the end:
- I lost the original shipping costs,
- paid taxes,
- paid return shipping,
- and was left without the item I originally ordered or the replacement that had been discussed.

Customer service remained polite throughout, but the actual resolution felt completely one-sided and heavily policy-driven rather than customer-focused.

Buyers should understand that if something goes wrong, Tucann’s process may leave you absorbing the financial loss even when the situation evolves due to their own delays and inventory handling.

I just ordered from Tucann for the first time. I ordered two swim shorts for my husband and at checkout neglected to put in my discount code. I immediately chatted with Allyza and she credited the discount immediately! I must say, even though we haven’t even received the swim shorts yet, I love this company just because of their customer service!

I have ordered four pairs. They're great for the gym and for swimming the last pair I ordered they sent me the wrong size I went to the post office. I sent them back. I never received an exchange or a refund. All they do are send me emails offering 15% off and they give me a lot of drag and a lot of BS. They have no value for repeat business. They can see on my account how much I've spent as everybody knows the shorts are not cheap. really disappointing how they treat their customers they treat you like a thief.
