The blouses were very tight despite being chest 36. I have now bought Banner size 36 which is much more true to size. Also I posted the blouses back but haven’t received a refund yet. Thank you

Brilliant quality
Very happy with the product order for my daughter's new journey, starting secondary school. The skirts, I can honestly say, are of excellent quality.
Little lady is a few months in now, and the skirts have certainly been put through their paces. The pleats are still holding up after numerous washes, and the colour hasn't yet begun to fade whatsoever.
I would be happy to recommend this company for any parent who needs good quality school uniform, which won't require you to buy new items and sooner than you need or like to!

Girls School Shirts
I have to buy revere shirts from here as they do larger teenager sizes, however the quality the shirts are terrible, they go manky yellow even when you follow the washing instructions, The ordering service and delivery were excellent and they take Klarna which is a bonus for us secondary school buyers!

Great trousers, fit well. Customer service was outstanding as I had a faulty product and was rectified and a replacement item was sent out straight away

Girls trousers in a variety of sizes
Finally, trousers long enough for my long legged 13 year old. Thank you! I no longer have to put her in shapeless elasticated wasted trousers with the waist pulled in just to get her trousers the right length.

Poor quality grey shorts
Poor quality grey shorts. Really stiff round the top. We managed to undo these to see what material they had used ! It may as well have been
Concrete. Really disappointed and won’t be shopping with trusted again.
Back to Asda grey shorts ! Which are hands down much better quality and less than a quarter of the price!

The stiffness you’ve described is not typical of our schoolwear and certainly isn’t the quality or comfort we aim to deliver. The fabric does soften after washing, if you would like to give this a try.
I can see from your account that the shorts were purchased 12 months ago, so unfortunately we are unable to process a refund on this occasion. I am pleased to say however, that all reviews for the shorts received during this time have been positive, so if you do want to give us another chance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for guidance.

When I placed the order it stated 2-3 days but took a lot longer. I would have purchased from somewhere else if I knew this as I was waiting on the skirts for my daughters
