My sea moss was hot and watery. See moss left in the heat becomes extremely toxic. I'm not sure why you're not packaging it with ice packs! If someone eats the sea moss and doesn't realize this they will get really sick unless your product is not true sea moss.

I ordered several jars of seamoss that was sent to post office so I rescheduled the delivery but the order never arrived. Honestly, their customer service is stellar. After I sent the pictures of the damaged item that was delivered shattered, they arranged for a replacement to be sent immediately.

Don’t trust this companies lies!! Their capsules claim to be “true sea moss”. In reality they have fillers like rice flour and magnesium strearate!! Find a 100 percent sea moss alternative!!!

I received my packages on time
I received my packages on time. One of my items was broken, but they replaced it as soon as possible. Really quick they answered efficiently. And the other pineapple, one that I got was awesome. Well is awesome!

I received broken open jars with mold…
I received broken open jars with mold around the edges. I contacted customer service, was told someone would be in contact and they did not. This is too expensive to get moldy products and jars with popped seals.

I decided to try the sea moss
I decided to try the sea moss. Then I was not pleased with the product. Canceled my subscription the same day I was charged for a recurring shipment. I was informed that, due to it not being my first order it wasn’t refundable. So they basically took $71 from my account. Very displeased. Would NEVER shop with them again!!! They basically ripped me off.
